Kantrell did a fantastic job every step of the way — from diagnosing my problem, throughout the installation of a new heat pump, and he even came back for a follow up visit to ensure the unit was working properly. He was excellent in communicating (patiently answered my numerous questions), worked long and hard to install my heat pump in one day, he handled everything with my home warranty insurance company saving me the aggravation of long wait times on the phone, and even registered my unit with the product manufacturer! My electric bills went down 75% and have remained that low after he installed my new heat pump. It was a nice (rare) treat to deal with someone as professional, hard working, and customer service focused as Kantrell. I highly recommend his company: jay jay mechanical!

Horrific, that’s the best term I can think of. Kantrell, who has been our primary contact, is unreliable, at best. I wasted two vacation days waiting for him to show up to repair our air conditioner (and both days, had to chase him down via phone, he never once called me on his own). Then this morning, he was supposed to have been here at 8am to fix something, never showed up and then at 9, someone from a completely different company showed up, so a huge portion of the job is not even being completed.
Awful, awful, awful.
