Gilmer’s Service Center

I have had oil changes and service done at their previous location, which was much smaller and outdated, but have always had excellent service and quality work done by the owner and main technician, Joe.
The new location just opened and is huge, and while the waiting room was still under construction on December 8, 2015 when I had my most recent oil change, it was already nicely decorated with Christmas theme at the moment, a small faux fireplace and comfortable seating. Access to wi-​fi was an unexpected bonus.
The owner is very conscientious about taking photos of any issues he sees, and discussing them with you, and/​or taking before pictures of any repairs that have been approved and performed. It is also beneficial to have my vehicle seen by the same individual each time, as this service center has records of the quirks of my 10 year+ vehicle.
The oil change/​service prices are slightly higher than the larger chain locations like Jiffy Lube and such, but I’ve found it to be much more reliable and worth the detailed care and personal touch provided by a smaller business.
