I found a water mark on my ceiling at 4:30PM and called GF Bowman right away. Since it wasn’t an emergency, they scheduled me for a service call the next day at 10:00AM. My service tech was Chris Arnold who promptly arrived at 10:00AM. He quickly identified a leaking toilet and provided me an upfront estimate to do the repair. He was able to do all the repairs on the spot and even tuned up my other two toilets at no charge. He was very clean too, wearing shoe covers and putting down a carpet in the area where he was working to collect any dirt.
Very happy with the service!
