The property is lovely. It is newer and has an amazing view… However, the management company is in total shambles! The employee turnaround is monthly. Keep signed copies of EVERYTHING! With that being said, your «move out notices» get misfiled, or tossed and then when you move out, you get charged with all sorts of fees, some people have been mistakenly sent to collections. This affects your credit BIG TIME.
Because of the turn around, no one can be held accountable. Sad. Very sad. The staff will lie to you about maintenance requests and give you lame excuses. I am in the property management industry and have heard horror stories about this place, and personally experienced it by helping my brother in law who lives there. Luckily, we had signed copies of EVERY THING!
