I ordered a dozen red roses from this florist to celebrate my significant other’s birthday. Upon delivery, the roses were hot pink and looked like they had been spray painted before delivery. They died about three days later. After repeated phone calls, the business refused to replace the order (that’s all I wanted — nothing major!) with a dozen actual red roses. Poor customer service, poor products, and no commitment to customers. A losing combination if ever there was one! Steer clear — there are far better florists in the Dover area!
