Came back last week with my fiancé and we had a great waiter named Vincent.(Hope that’s correct) We were in a hurry and the place was not crowded. We were seated in the dining room and greeted very promptly. He took our drink orders and came back to tell us that the frozen margaritas would not be ready for awhile, my fiancé ordered a beer instead. Our food came which was fajitas and a salad, can’t complain. was pretty good. After dinner the bar tender actually brought over a frozen margarita for free because the machine was up and running again. The only thing I do not care for at this location, some employees look lazy. I hate seeing the employees standing around talking or on their phones when people walk in. I can understand if one side of the restaurant is not busy. but go in back and chat so no one can see you. This time our waiter was great, he was friendly, fast, educated about the menu and made our visit better than the last. I wish I could give 3.5 stars. only giving 4 because the waiter made our visit better.

By far the worst restaurant I’ve ever visited. 1st the waitress spilled a drink on my leg and brushed it off as if an apology was not necessary. Then half of the menu was not available to order. Then it took about 45 minutes for water to arrive to the table. Now I’ve been here for almost a hour and half and still no food has been brought to my table. Guest who sat next to me food arrived before my table. I wouldn’t suggest this place to my worst enemy. Considering walking out.

If you’re a good employee, I know working here has got to be a great challenge. Visited here this Saturday and was afraid when I walked in; the place had trash all over the floor. Unfortunately we ate in the bar area, which had the air conditioner blowing so cold, I had to keep my jacket on. Our waitress was friendly and personable, I felt sorry for her. When I complained about the air, she attempted to fix it immediately, with little to no help from her co-workers. There was also so weird sour smell, I think it was dirty mop water. Our food got cold really quick and the experience just wasn’t pleasureable. Avoid eating here, you’ve got other options, go to Applebee’s, it’ll be worth your money.

My time here at this store sucked. This is my third time and it wasn’t even better. I’ve done lunch, dinner and late night. Each time I’ve had to wait super long for my drinks from the bar and the servers aren’t friendly, by any means. I will not be returning to this chilis. I will go to the one further from my home now and tip my 25%.

I’ve been wary of checking this place out because I haven’t had good luck at places on the south side of 8 mile. I’m kind of glad I took a chance on this Chili’s because it’s pretty good. I ordered a carryout of their 2 dinners for $ 20, an app of Chips, salsa and Guacamole, Ribs, mashed potatoes, and my girl Pepper had a steak. Good: The carryout is beautifully packaged, the amount of food/price ratio is well done. Service was pleasant and courteous. Food was good. Bad: Not as fast as they said they would be, but not too big an issue. Comments: Pepper and I noticed that compared to other Chili’s we’ve been too that the Guacamole and Salsa seemed to have more hot spice in it than other one’s we’ve been too. I like it that way but Pepper didn’t.

I usually do lunch here because work is right across the street. I usually get carry out because I want to get stuff done during my lunch break. Once I decided to eat in. The food is always great here. Good quality and never tastes different. As for the service, it wasn’t that great during lunch time. the waitress may not have been so attention since I was by myself(low amount for tip?). i’m not sure but I was not satisfied. I’ll probably be doing carry out more often.

This is isn’t a particularly bad location of Chili’s: The food is good, and the atmosphere is warming. The service is just not quite there. For the most part, the service is pretty good, but it’s more hit-and-miss than consistent. It seems as though every other time we visit is when we have a pleasant serving experience. Not to say that the servers are rude or anything like that, far from it. It just feels like they don’t care about you. We recently went on a night when the restaurant was actually pretty empty, but it took our server forever just to bring out a side of barbecue sauce, even though she passed us about 5 times. Like I said, the place wasn’t full so we couldn’t blame it on her being busy, and after all was said and done, we wound up asking another server who happened to be passing by and he brought it out in five seconds. To add insult to injury, there was a couple behind us whose server pretty much pampered them, promptly getting any and everything they requested without hesitation. Now, there were times where we’ve come in and had the same treatment, but the ratio is much lower to getting spotty service. As I stated before, this isn’t a bad Chili’s, we simply have a love-hate relationship with the service.

This place really rocks! The food, drinks, service, and price all get 10 stars. I love me some Chili’s. When you go you have got to try the Fajitas, they are totally awesome. The flavor is one that you will remember. Seasoned just right with bell peppers and onions, and tender juicy pieces of meat(steak, chicken, or shrimp). And the aroma of grilled food just knocks me off my feet.
