A Plus Family Dental Care, PC

Here’s an update… so I found an emergency dentist on the 22^nd who would see me and as it turns out I had an abscess on the tooth that was causing the pain. I was immediately scheduled for an emergency root canal. My face had swelled up from my lip to my nostrils all the way up my nose to my forehead. The emergency dentist was so kind and concerned for my well being that after the root canal he called to check on me. Do you think I have heard anything from A plus family dental? NO. But what I did get was a bill in the mail from the last time I was there in January. A bill that I PAID IN FULL WHEN I WAS THERE. I have my bank statements to prove it. This office is absolutely dreadful!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!

Today was my children’s first dentist appt in your office. The dentist and her hygienist were so nice & easy going. I highly recommend your office :)

The dentists are professional and generally nice people. The one particular dentist I had was gentle and knowledgeable. The staff are the complete opposite. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel like a «bother» with apathic drones walking around the office. I have been there multiple times and did not see one smile or pleasant face. They do not even knowledge your presence while in in the dentist chair. It’s like you are walking into the twilight zone.
I would not go back for several reasons. The staff appeared clueless. The dentist needed to walk the hygenist through every step. X-​rays were taken twice because the assistant had no idea what she was doing and the x-​rays did not turn out. I didn’t feel very confident. They also clean your teeth with a cold water, water pick-​not a pleasant experience if you have sensitive teeth!
Overall, I rate this dentist’s office a 2 out of 5. I have chosen another dentist’s office with a wonderful, knowledgeable staff and I am 100% happy.
