The people at Tom’s Automotive seem to genuinely care about their customers. The company I have a warranty under said they did not cover my window regulator, but Jackie at Tom’s didn’t take no for an answer as she knew that it should be covered and that the warranty company was taking advantage of a loophole. Saved me $ 100 and earned my trust. Thank you Tom’s Automotive! I’ll be back (not too soon I hope).

Very impressed with Tom’s Automotive, I had my Mother take her car there after the dealer tried to charge her over 5 times what it actually took to fix it. Tom was very fast and reliable and did not try and add on and upsale. He took care of business and I will defiantly refer people his way.

These guys are amazing. I have been bringing my Ford Expedition to Tom for yrs and he is always does whatever he can to fit me knowing it is my only vehicle. Did I mention they are honest. If it doesn’t need to be done he will not do it. Even when I insist! A rare find. I refer everyone to this shop. Never been disappointed.

I took my car to Tom’s to get a belt replaced and my brakes done. I also asked him to give it a once over because my daughter would soon be taking it over. Not only did he do great work, he stayed late working on it so I could have it back the next morning. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants good work from an honest shop.
