Very racist manager Jamie Sheppard. He was proudly taking about how badly he pays «his Mexicans» for «peanuts». He also used derogatory terms like f*ggot as if it were nothing. This is a terrible example of a person and shows me an awful example of someone to work for and with. I recommend avoiding this business at all cost. Here’s other roofing companies that are less racist and bigoted, at least they keep their opinions to themselves.
