After reading the postive reviews I thought I would give this place a try. I do not know what it was like before but now the place looks empty. All the glasses are gone and only the sun is beaming in so bad the receptionist was wearing sun glasses when I walked in. I waited 30 minutes past my appt while the DR. and receptionist was having a conversation. Nobody said anything and I just waited. I feel they are not very personable. I had to ask about my appt time. The tech did everything and Dr. Psolka did not even say hello. Only thing he did was look in my eyes. I will not be going back or reffering anyone here. Can someone recommend a better place since the rest of my family needs apps too. I thought I would try first then make their appts. None of the people pictured are there it must be a different staff!

I was very pleased with my visit here. Doc Mcintire was awesome. It’s an odd place to find because it’s in a corner but it was entirely difficult to find. I don’t like going to any kind of doctors. I’d like to avoid visits at any costs. I was happy to find that there were no issues & my vision is still in tip top shape. Good news is always great to hear.

I just had to order a pair of glasses already (it’s only been a couple of years since the first procedure, and I had underwent a second touch up during that first year).

Two thumbs up for this place! I can see clearly after my LASIK procedure. Can’t believe I waited that long for a very short procedure but satisfying result. I couldn’t be happier. Windy was exceptional. Thanks Southern Eye!

Fantastic experience. Got a LASIK procedure in November and actually came from San Antonio because of the fantastic Groupon price. The staff was very good. Obviously I was most concerned about the actual surgery day itself and Dr. Branch did exactly what I needed; he talked me through each step as it was happening. It made the procedure very calming.
I saw ²⁰⁄₂₀ the day after surgery and am ²⁰⁄₁₅ with two eyes now, ²⁰⁄₂₀ with each individual eye.
Highly recommended.

The receptionist is extremely rude and thinks she knows it all. My mom had a plug put in and it burst a blood vessel that just kept bleeding. The receptionist told my mom she needed to go see her regular doctor and use her insurance because it was pink eye… REALLY??? My mom paid over $ 6000 and after a year and several procedures later still has poor eyesight. Not only that they tried to run her insurance which she never authorized for the surgery, but apparently they had it on file from her annual eye exams and took it upon themselves to put a claim in. Stay far, far away from this place

Came from Austin for LASIK because they had the best price. Very polite staff and customer service. There is complimentary water, coffee and tea in the waiting room. Very happy with my experience and the fact that I can see!

Polite, clean store but prices are high.
