I never write reviews… But this is hands down the best Vet my family has ever known. The staff and Vets truly care for the animals that come into their office. To them your animals care is of the utmost importance. You truly will not find any better.
When we had to put my Daughters cat down due to old age– They let us have as much time in a private room as we needed and were just down right awesome. Not only were they sympathetic and understanding, to show it, they sent flowers the day after. There truest is no better. Highly recommended.

Came in as a last minute walk-​in and the staff was great! They took their time to see a dog and I didn’t feel rushed out the door, especially because I walked in right before closing hours. Pricing is wonderful as well, I would highly recommend!

We have been using pet medical for 10 years. They have taken our dog in an emergency and helped us when our vat crossed rainbow bridge. They have taken a wild squirrel we rescued and sent her on to wildlife rehab. This is the only vet we will take our animals to; they have always treated us very well.

This is the BEST vet and pet boarding we’ve ever had — I mean EVER!!! Our black labs love coming here, and we’ve always had excellent care and customer service.

TERRIBLE! My regular vet is on vacation so I was sent here. Never again will I subject myself to office staff that acts like you don’t exist till they are done talking about their day and texting. I was treated very rudely and got told I could wait or make an appointment for the next day after being told to bring my cat back in if things didn’t change. The staff is rude, the vet is clueless, and the rooms and back area are dirty. I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms. Will be making sure to tell the person who sent me here they need to come check out the place they sent me because I’m very unhappy.

I’m not sure how my post from a few months got removed, but I want to make sure people are aware of the service here. Several months ago I got a new puppy and an appointment for late in the day. The staff called and said they needed me to come in earlier. When I said that I couldn’t they wouldn’t be able to see me; so I took off work and showed up when they asked. When I showed up I wasn’t seen for an hour and a half and the vet only saw my dog for seven minutes. When I expressed my discontent with their service the vet yelled and swore at me and told me to «get my dog and get out.» I was completely embarrassed. If the situation was reversed and I was an hour and a half late would they have seen me? No, and they probably would have charged me a missed appointment fee. Unacceptable!

Overall the quality of the healthcare is good, but they’re a tad more expensive than other vets I’ve been to. They charge a little more for an initial exam and the reevaluation for the pet isn’t free. The examination room wasn’t the cleanest I’ve seen which bothered me a little. I told the vet assistant about mucus smears that I saw on a painting they had in there and also on the chair. It looked like a person or animal had sneezed on it. I’m not sure that I’ll go back. They do not accept walk-​ins and are by appointment only, and they do not offer group rates for multiple pet vaccinations.

I’ve been taking my dog there for 1 ½ years. They are really awesome! The front desk ladies r so nice and r always willing to answer any questions or double check things, or give or fax copies of vaccinations. I feel they r reasonably priced and just really knowledgeable about animals. They always answer all my billion dog questions lol, I recommend them all the time!

I have been taking my dogs there for a few years. Dr. Reed has always been amazing and when my sweet little Augie got sick they put him down and have never put me back in the same room as the one he had to go to doggie heaven in.
They have always worked with me and my schedule and have always gone above and beyond the call of duty for my sweet dogs. I feel like I’m at my own home when I’m there they treat the kids like their own kids (pets that is) lol
This place is number in bell county IMHO

Wonderful staff, who truly care for your pet! They take as much time as needed to take care of your pets needs. I never feel rushed, and feel like they truly listen to my concerns. They even call u the next day to check how your pet is doing!
