Mattress Firm Harker Heights

I am a former mattress salesperson from the Midwest. My husband and I just moved here with no furniture. James Lark was my salesperson and was GREAT! He was very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and showed me a few bed options based on my preferences. We came into the store around 5:30 on Dec 30 with a mission to buy one king memory foam and three twin sets for our children. By 6:30 we had decided on our sets and got interest free financing for 5 years! Since we came in the evening he said next delivery day would the 1^st of Jan. Jokingly I said, «Can’t I get it tomorrow (New Years Eve) so we don’t have to sleep on the floor in our new home.» AND James made it happen!!! He called the warehouse and they worked to get my delivery out the next day. The delivery guys arrived about 3pm, less than 24 hours after purchase. James also worked extremely hard to get me the best deals on all four mattress sets, a couple pillows, mattress pad, bed frames and delivery. Mattress Firm has my business for life! I can not express my gratitude and satisfaction enough! And I have had the best nights rest since our beds were delivered. I’m so happy with our decision to purchase through Mattress Firm! PS Normally my kids just love jumping on their beds but now they only sleep on the… ALL NIGHT LONG! :)

Great store! Especially Tammy has a lot of knowledge on mattresses. Great assistance! I would definitely recommend this store.
