I had a terrible experience with Emily’s from the beginning. Rooms filled with broken light bulbs I had to clean up myself, stained and dirty kitchen tiles, leaky toilet, broken microwave, all on day 1. They give potential tenants master keys to look at potential apartments, I know because not only did they give me one, they gave one to another guy who walked into my house. At the end if my lease they charged me $ 600 of my deposit for smoke detector batteries and a air conditioning filter. If you go to Google reviews of them you’ll see how they try to make people look bad who give them poor reviews, instead of trying to fix what they may be doing wrong. I will never rent from them again, I advise you to save yourself the trouble.

My wife and I have worked with Kyle for 3 years. He and his team have always been very attentive. They have kept our home rented with quality tenants and have balanced owner and tenant requirements very well. Anytime there is an issue they work with the tenant and resolve it to standard. They have managed every repair from minor one to a complete reroof while tenants occupied the residence ensuring that they were not inconvenienced. I would gladly recommend Emily’s.

I absolutely love this rental agency. I have been renting with this company since the very end of 2011, and would refer them to anyone. The staff is always very friendly and professional. They have always fixed any maintenance order fast and efficiently.

My husband and I are currently renting from Emily’s rentals and regret our decision in doing so. While first looking at our house the kitchen appliances were pulled out which showed us they took the time to make sure the place was clean but on move in day we discovered the grout on our kitchen tiles were cracked. I put a work order in to have it fixed which costs $ 10 and never heard back. About a month later I called and asked why we haven’t heard back and they sent someone to evaluate the floor and then about two months passed and still haven’t heard anything. I followed up with Emily’s rentals several times after(weeks apart) and even in person on one ocassion and they just kept telling us the same thing that the order had been approved and someone should have come out and fixed it. After a couple more months another person came out to evaluate saying all our tiles(bathrooms, kitchen, and entry way) were installed incorrectly and needed to be completely re done. I’ve reached our to them several times since the second evaluation and still haven’t heard back from Emily’s rentals or the flooring company they work with(Bell county flooring). We have a young child and its a dangerous environment for her to be in and I’ve expressed this to them. They don’t care about their tenants and made it apparent they don’t care about their reputation either. We won’t be renewing our lease.
