I had driven past this business for years. When I needed some of the items they specialize in I decided to make them my first and maybe only stop. The first impression was excellent. The front gate was impressive, the area around the parking space was filled with really cool and beautiful outdoor yard and garden accessories. My first hint that something was wrong was that their company trucks filled up most of the small parking area. Only two cars were there besides their trucks. I had the choice of the one empty non handicapped parking space left. OK, no big deal. We enter the showroom. Very nice. Some rearranging of merchandise was going on, but that didn’t interfere with our shopping. No one spoke to us. We covered the entire showroom from side to side, corner to corner and still no one even spoke to us. There were several items we were interested in for the project at hand and some future projects too, but we were ignored by the many employees who were right there is the showroom. Yes, we were dressed nicely, no weird hair or anything else that may have bothered a sensitive salesperson. We just think they were snobbishly rude. I did park next to a BMW and I was only in a Nissan. Anyway, my wife and I met near the front door and both said simultaneously, lets leave, and we did. Don’t think I will need to visit them again because there are at least 8 places around that sell the same products.
