So I came here today. The drive thru was ridiculously long anyways and nobody in line inside. When I walked out of the bathroom and I was ready to order I was out by the register watching the staff walk back and forth. Like hello. Nobody noticed me. Then some other dumb ass started arguing with the person doing the drive thru in front of me. I was watching then I had to say something to him. It was ridiculous and they weren’t helping a customer. It is rude and unprofessional. He just gave me a look and didn’t say anything. RUDE! I was on my way walking out the door telling all of them that they’d rather argue than do their job but this other girl started talking to me and was nice enough to say that she can help me. She took my order and then she said she would talk to them but the same dumb ass walked right to the person doing the drive thru and argued again! I then talked to this guy that frequently visits this starbucks and he said it’s not the first time. DON’T ARGUEINFRONTOFCUSTOMERS! Take it to the back behind closed doors!

How could you run out of caramel… twice! This company’s brand was based solely on sales of everyone’s favorite, the Caramel Frappuccino. Although this store does have speedy service, due to location, it’s always in high demand and so one would think they’d be prepared with a post apocalyptic amount of ingredients. But no, poor planning has let me down twice. And not only that, the Starbucks in Target down the street was closed and there isn’t another one within a one mile radius, so now what? I guess I’ll go to coffee bean and try them out, I heard they have good drinks there.

Dont use the drive-thru! I dont know I expect anything different here. The drive-thru takes too long, it makes more sense to get off and order it inside. They seem understaffed but then again I dont know why it takes so long to move the drive-thru traffic which most times order 1 to 2 drinks per car… sigh… Go to the Starbucks by Albertson’s or inside the Albertson’s

I am giving this place a 4 star updated rating for several reasons, being that Arjo and several of the other staff have been more than accommodating. I used to come here and study a lot and Arjo made it a point to learn my name and greet me every morning, as any barista should do at a coffee shop for regular patrons. Now this was only the case for Arjo because the rest of the staff didn’t make it a point to remember my name, but made sure to remember elderly businessmen coming in on their day off before tee time. I found that a little cold considering i was in this place almost everyday for two semesters studying for several hours. Argo however, if i could rate him individually, i would give him 10 stars. Not only did i get the most pleasant greeting every day walking in, but he eventually learned my normal request to get a cup of ice to keep my eyes open. On days that I wouldn’t even ask, about an hour in of studying, he would simply walk by my table and slide me a cup of ice(dash of water)! Love this guy! Miguel has always made my drinks perfect, and oddly enough i had the pleasure of knowing him at my school as well. A couple of the other female staff members would remember me and ask how my kids were(i was pregnant while studying 3 – 4 hours everyday) and one time, i had forgotten my wallet and after waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, she tells me no problem hun, you’re here all the time. Sweet! I am not giving 5 stars because of the lack of attention from two staff members, one of them being a manager(probably still doesn’t know my name) and another female staff member, I won’t name her but it starts with a J, also didn’t learn my name yet… but her and this particular manager were cracking jokes behind the counter as staff may do(understandable) but I had requested to maybe turn down the air just a bit because i was close to frostbite(and being pregnant, isn’t normal) so an hour later or so, they are exchanging jokes here and there, and they commented on the temperature being warmer in the shop, and one of them says«the pregnant lady is hot»… –_– I was mortified and couldn’t believe my ears. I was so insulted, i had to confront someone and told them how inappropriate that was considering i was sitting right there… they played it off and said that they were referring to one of their own staff members who happened to be pregnant… okay… coincidence? i think not… i haven’t been there frequently as of recent, not for any particular reason, but yeah… had the time, so i figured id update my review. i have experienced the drive-thru as of recent, and man… horribly slow… any starbucks should accommodate for time, but especially this one, and its always at least a 20 minute wait

This location is a fave, I tend to stop here when in HC. Great service and perfectly made drinks. I tend to get the Chai tea latte and this location slays it every time. Definitely check this place out, the space is chill and great for wifi.

5 stars, all the way! I am now a Starbucks addict. Here 3 – 4 times a week. My drink is always so delicious whatever it may be that I’m craving. Service has always been good.

Slowest drive-thru ever. Don’t go here if you’re pressed for time. Waited in drive-thru for approximately 15 minutes, with only 3 cars ahead of me. I was shocked that my drink wasn’t comped. It ended up being all watered down because it had been sitting forever. Never going to this location again.

Great Barista named Micah he makes the best traps ever and they are super friendly. Starbucks is usually busy but if you go on Sunday they are pretty empty. 2

Drive thru, fast service & one of the –ONLY– Starbucks stores in the area that is open late. Whoohoo, let’s get caffeine crazy! lol Location: South east corner of [the very busy] Sepulveda Boulevard & Vermont Avenue in a small shopping center that is shared w AT&T store. 110 Freeway is a block away. Drive-thru available! A bit of a pain to get to & out of because of the long medians on the adjacent streets. Parking: Private lot only. Interior: Small but surprisingly spacious Exterior: No patio at this location, getcho sun on elsewhere. lol Staff: Always courteous, professional, but sometimes seem overwhelmed. This is a relatively busy location. WC: One stall for all, always clean.

The location isn’t the best especially next to the freeway traffic but otherwise it’s very customer friendly place. I come here to study but it can get loud sometimes. They have big personal tables to study in and they are perfect for laying out the books and looking intimidating! Hahaha! Love the days when they are girl scout cookies booth outside!

Absolutely terrible location. The parking lot is very small and they even put a drive-thru that cuts through the parking lot. Even though it’s two way, it feels like a one way. The service and quality of food is the same standard that you would get at any Starbucks. If you wanna be a basic person, make sure you get your daily overpriced coffee at your local Starbucks.

Went through drive thru at 11:30pm and waited exactly 25 minutes to hit the window with exactly two cars in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous. How do you expect to run a satisfactory business with raging customers and outstanding wait times? Mind you this is a regular, notorious pattern at this particular location. Step up your game baristas. If you’re not happy with your job, go to school, quit the pot, and get a real job. Otherwise stop complaining and be grateful for the gig you have, and please give customers the service they deserve.

I hate coming to this Starbucks. I don’t come in the morning, I usually come at night and no matter what time in the evening-late night, the drive-thru takes forever and theyre always out of the pastry that I want.(The pastry part isnt too big of a deal to me) Tonight around 10:30pm I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru behind 3 people. I know it’s Starbucks and it can get crowded but there has to be more efficiency. If it’s going to take 20 minutes just to make one car’s order, tell them to pull in the parking lot and have them wait there. People behind them got things to do and places to be and expect the drive-thru to be quick and easy. & Yes, I work at an extemely popular and busy fast food chain, so I know how it can get crowded so I’m not just some complaining customer that has no experience in a fast paced QSR. At my job we have a system so that people aren’t waiting forever. I think I would’ve ignored this night and skipped writing this review but this happens everytime I come here and tonight once I got to the window there was no apology whatsoever for the wait and the girl wasnt very friendly. She passed me my drink and I told her to have a nice night and she didn’t say anything back or at least smile.

It’s close to the freeway so it’s convenient… otherwise it’s slow service, small place, gets crowded, horrible parking and the drive thru is cramped.

I really like this Starbucks location, but it can be seriously busy. This is the only location in my area that’s open late; they close at midnight. They have a decent amount of tables, but they’re always taken up by students and other people doing work. For the life of me, I don’t see how these people can sit in here… it’s so freakin’ cold! I have never seen it empty in there. They even have a bar area off to the left of the entrance and it’s usually full, as well. I never drive thru for my drink. I always go in to make sure that it’s made right. Every time I have driven thru, somehow it’s messed up… not this location, but others, so I just go in. When I do come to this particular location, I park in the Bank of America lot, because it’s easier to get out of there than the Starbucks lot.

I appreciate the drive thru at this Starbucks. I order VERY particular drinks and the morning folks seem to have learned them pretty well. Most of these stars is because I have seen the cutest baristas ever at this location. I don’t just wild out over random cute faces but Latin flavor JC(no longer there) started it off for me. Just a real sweetie who loves his baby. And now there is a really cute multi-ethnic one there. I went through here looking busted but I just HAD to tell him how adorable he is… though I’m sure he knows it…

This Starbucks is located on Sepulveda and Vermont, right across from Bank of America, Ross, Chase Bank, 99cents store, and other convenient stores. I actually like this Starbucks a lot! A few reasons why I like it so much is that there is adequate lighting everywhere, plenty of regular and high tables, powermat charging ports/easily accessible power outlets, staff are very friendly, there’s a drive-thru and the best of all, they’re open from 4am to 12am!!! I think this is the only Starbucks in the area that’s open that late. The place is clean and organized and I don’t have anything to complaint about(yet) lol!!! Jk. Great place for studying or meeting people up! Also good for night owls and people who wake up super early to study!

Let me start by saying that I generally try to avoid Starbucks. I tend to see it as the Walmart of coffee shops, but this is the closest coffee place to me, so I decided to give it a try. I originally wanted a S’mores Frappé Crème & an Iced Tiramisu Latte. They were out of both. Seems like they don’t have a lot of options available yet; maybe I just went on a bad day. So, I settled for a Caramel Macchiato & a White Chocolate Mocha Frappé. The Macchiato wasn’t bad, but the Frappé I had was horrible, probably the worst I’ve ever had.(Despite my hesitations towards Starbucks, their frappuccinos are an occasional guilty pleasure of mine.) It was watery & didn’t taste like white chocolate at all. I didn’t go at a busy time with high demand for drinks either. The space itself is okay. I like the music they play. However, because of it’s location along a major blvd, it’s constantly crowded. There aren’t enough seats for the foot traffic. The fact that a guy brought in an iMac & took up the 2 biggest tables didn’t help.(I didn’t know these people actually exist…) Additionally, with huge windows, there’s constant distraction & noise from the street outside. The baristas are nice though, so +1 for that.
