Lumber Liquidators

After extensively shopping around for new wood flooring, my sister recommended stopping into Lumber Liquidators. I’m glad I did because they were having a sale. I already knew what I wanted but was price shopping for the best deal. After looking here, I didn’t have to go anywhere else. I got the best price for the type of flooring I wanted. They manufacture their own flooring, so there is no name brands in the store, it’s all their own product, so I guess that’s why their pricing is lower.
I wasn’t able to take the flooring home that day, (but I could have, it was available on site), but they held it up to a week to accommodate my contractor’s schedule when he could pick it up.
The only negative experience I had is that my contractor was not given the 2 rolls of floor padding when he arrived. When I immediately called about it, the salesgirl attempted to argue with me that he was lying about not receiving it. (We’re talking $ 40 on an almost $ 1000 order). That seemed a bit ridiculous to argue over and she quickly retracted from the argument. A salesman named Matt offered up the replacement padding without a second thought and all was easily fixed. Overall it was a good experience, flooring looks very pretty and I’m a happy customer.
