The broken rice platter with the chargrilled pork was amazing. Drooling just thinking about it.

Clean place but very slow service. It’s almost completely absent. Hope they improve it because I want to come back.

My cousin and I went to try this place out. They have great customer service and honored both HH& a BOGO entrée coupon the was advertised in the mail. We ordered spring rolls, Thai iced tea, the beef eye round phở and honey walnut shrimp. the spring rolls were hot and crispy, the phở was savory and delicious. The honey walnut shrimp would have ben great, the portion sizes were very generous, but the sauce that it came in tasted like sweetened, warm/hot mayonnaise. Not a fan of hot mayo, but it wasn’t too bad. other than that, they offer a variety of great dishes in a warm and friendly environment. Located across from the theater at the Clackamas Town center mall. If you go for anything, go for the Phở!

Went with my husband and kids. The food was bland and the lemonade wasn’t fresh. We are Vietnamese so my husband and I feel that the restaurant catering more to a Americanize style which sucks. We like the authentic Vietnamese food. Prices are high so the food could have been way better. We probably won’t be back. But the place is nice and clean.

My husband and I stopped by because I had been craving Phở and this was close to our home. The Phở was average, but the Bun Thit Nuong & Cha Gio(Vermicelli, Grilled Pork & Egg Roll) dish was realllllly good. I’d recommend this dish over their Phở. Place was clean and service was good. Prices were a little high for average Phở.

Had the Vietnamese Bun(noodles, bbq pork, imperial role) and fresh summer rolls(shrimp, noodle, lettuce, fresh pork, cilantro). Food is absolutely delicious and fresh and authentic. Born and raised in SF, grew up on Vietnamese food and it’s really good. Other excellent dishes I have had are wonton soup, BBQ chicken with broken rice, pad Thai… all good with fresh ingredients. Seating there is a bit odd other than that great!

Great location & atmosphere. If I were the kind of guy who had girls to take out, this would be a good place. Prices aren’t bad, refillable soda is a plus. The bowls & such are nice, decorated with their logo. Staff is quiet and helpful. The only downside is it doesn’t wow me otherwise, it’s great but far from the best. However being in Gladstone this is the closest other than Phở Gia, and they messed up too many times. There is a restaurant by Winco but as I don’t drive this is literally the first place after you get off the bus. Oh, and the young waitress is really pretty imo, but that’s not effecting my rating

Worst experience ever. I went there yesterday with my kids and brother. The food is great but unfortunately customer service is bad. We had to remind the server twice about our waters. Finally once we got our water we were only given one straw! We’re we suppose to share this straw between the 4 of us? Secondly, I struggled to understand why we waited so long for the server to get our order specially since they were seating down watching tv! Luckily we were not in a hurry but for those of you with time constrains this is not the place to go too. I did love the food though so if I ever consider giving this place a second chance I would do so but only if it’s take out.

I go to the movie theater all the time yet I never noticed they opened this next to the AMC till one night we were starving and waiting for our movie and saw this place. Thinking that any restaurant in the mall especially next to the movies would be overly priced PHO, but not wanting to eat fast food at the food court, we bit the bullet. This place is actually quite good and decently priced. I mean at the end of the day its good hearty Phở at prices you expect to pay in Clackamas. I wouldn’t go out of my way and fight mall traffic to eat here, but if I’m at the mall and I want something soupy this place is great.

tldr; After 90 minutes and $ 60, never going back. Meeting my son who works in the mall for lunch. Took 10 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant. Should have been the first clue. We ordered immediately, letting them know of his time constraints. He ended up leaving to go back to work before his food ever came. 30 minutes into my sitting here, a second person came by to take my order. Really? I’ve been here for 30 minutes and you didn’t think I’d ordered yet? Hubby’s food came out at about the 40 minute mark. At the 50 minute mark, he went to the kitchen to see where my phở was. Their response was, «you ordered phở?» About 5 min later, a bowl(the wrong one) of phở appeared at my table. Obviously, whatever bowl was already prepared for someone else. As for the food itself, it’s fine, but I’ve had far better.(Not that I had high expectations for a mall Vietnamese chain.) Make liberal use of all the condiments. The beef in my phở was overly fatty and the tendon was pretty tough. Oh, and stay far away from the Vietnamese coffee. Tastes like instant, with some powdered creamer. But hey, we got 10% discount for waiting.

Wow! Very surprised. We got the fried rice, which was AMAZING. Fluffy, flavorful. Wow. Sweet and sour chicken which was eh… Chicken was a little chewy… And then pad thai which was great, but nothing unique. Just good ol pad Thai. Food is HOT and fresh as heck. Which rocks. Only downside is the service. The server looked like he hated us and his job… He wasn’t pleasant at all. Overall, great place! :)

Yeah, just what the Clacka-Lacka-Ding-Dong Mall needs — another restaurant. Well, what they ACTUALLYNEED is a GOODASIAN(of any kind!) RESTAURANT! Went for lunch. I can definitely say«I will not be back». The menu is mediocre. You can definitely tell this is a franchise restaurant. The broth tasted like canned and the menu seemed like it was a hand-held version of your typical drive thru menu. You can’t even get the YUMMY dish(the one that you can get at most AUTHENTIC Phở places!!!) — the one with the rice noodles on the bottom, an array of meat & veggies on the top and a crispy spring roll with the sauce you pour over the entire dish… I can’t remember what it’s called — but it’s my favorite! I have been down to Asian Town on(in the middle) of 82nd(CAN’T REMEMBERTHENAME of the restaurant either!) and it was SUPERDELICIOUS!!! And I have even gotten it the new Phở place in Happy Valley(which by-the-way is a 3 star place). Let’s start off with entry: The place had a funky smell. It smelled like burnt plastic & that gross smell you get when you use a sponge that has soured/mildewed. The Staff: Was friendly — but when I asked about my FAVORITE dish(see description above) he said he didn’t know what it was AND they didn’t have that one the menu. The Cleanliness: The waiter brought out that little plate of «add-on’s»(basil, jalapeño’s, mung beans, etc…) — While looking at the plate — I found a LONGBLACKCURLYHAIR! I had to ask for another plate. In hindsight, I should have just left. The Food: The broth was funky in flavor. I couldn’t tell what the flavor was — but it wasn’t good. I had the beef. I did get a lot of meat and it was fatty(which I liked) but there wasn’t really anything else to say about it. The Prices: I guess it’s standard for the portion and area. All-in-all, I don’t think this restaurant will be in business by next year!!! I was hoping for a nice little noodle place to go to when at the mall… I guess I will just keep hoping. ***If anyone can tell me what the FAVORITE dish is called — Please let me know!!! ~ Thanks!

Worst phở I have ever had. Went to the mall and thought I would have some phở because it was convenient. Ordered the P1. DONOTEATHERE. The phở broth was not good. It didn’t even taste like beef. The beef meat looked old and was frost burned. The broth tasted funny and after I tried the meat I can see why. They do not serve complimentary tea. Ultimately, it just taste old and they added more water to the broth to get more broth. The broth was also fatty so they definitely did not use ox tail in making the broth. There are Asian people working here and in the kitchen but I don’t think they know how to make phở. Disappointed and close to vomiting.

First time here. Prices are reasonable for Phở. $ 8 to $ 10. Broth was tasty. I didn’t find it too sweet. Portion is nice size. Noodles a little chewy and could have given more limes, sports and basil. Then again I could have asked for more too. I’d come back again.

Work in the mall so thought I’d try as it looked pretty healthy. Very disappointed, ordered the chicken vegetable phở and it had 4 tiny pieces of chicken(barely 2oz) w a few veggies floating in the broth. For hem to charge $ 10 for this dish is a crime as the noodles and broth(most volume of product) cost nothing. Do not go here not priced adequately for the food you get. On a positive note the flavor was good. The condiment jar I was brought had mold in it… Stay away I say!

Update: went there a second time, sad to say it was disappointing. Ordered a Tai Nam and it was almost all fat. Also broth was very sweet and you could taste the fish oil. Maybe 3rd times the charm. Hope so. 1st initial thoughts: So yummy! Fantastic broth in their phở, fantastic ratio of noodles to meat, great sizes, fabulous peanut sauce. Don’t have one complaint(okay maybe a little bit more fresh bean sprouts but it was almost closing). Staff was so kind and attentive. Restaurant is beautiful and you can watch them make your food. Prices are fair. Definitely will be coming back!

We went to see a movie tonight and were so excited to see a new restaurant finally added across from the Clackamas Town Center Food Court/Theater entrance. Better yet a Vietnamese restaurant. So many choices, next time I’m coming with more people to share and explore the menu. I ordered the salad rolls and peanut sauce. Fresh with delicious shrimp, basil, and noodles. The General Tso’s was perfectly cooked, crispy and juicy pieces of chicken with a delicious sauce. We cant wait to explore their large menu again! Go Check it out! The mall hasn’t let them do any advertising yet since they gave only been opened 3 weeks, which I think is stupid. Lets welcome them and show them what the power of social media can do!
