Latitude Apartments

We love living at Latitude. The staff here is warm, inviting and friendly. The grounds are greatly maintained and there is even a park for our kids to play at. I would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful space! Walls are a little thin though. Happy to call this home with the wonderful office and maintenance staff! And our little pup enjoys it too!

Everyone has been really nice so far. The apartment is great and very spacious. I love that it feels private and secure. We still cannot get our trash valeted, the washer/​dryer steam room is a bit suffocating at times and the doggie doo piles are pretty prevalent, but all in all we don’t have any huge complaints.

I love living here at latitude, but there are a few items that need to be fixed:
1. Absurd amount of dog feces everywhere.
Maybe because there is NOT a SIGN of fee for not picking up animal waste PHYSICALLY posted so residents get scared into actually cleaning up so they do not get a FEE or CHARGE on their rent or something…
2. Bags are not always full
3. Pet trash needs to be changed constantly
4. My dogs always wet mess after I take him out. Why is the animal grass always a soggy muddy mess? Is there a way to fix this?
5. The dog bath/​spa? When will this happen?
6. LACK of cameras to record people who do not pick up their animals waste needs to happen

I have lived here for a short time, what a mistake I have made. The most recent mind blowing event is my car getting towed because my space was occupied and I chose to park next to a curb that was not marked no parking or red/​yellow lined. A place where I have seen many cars parked in the recent past. So $ 300 later I get my car back. Great start to the morning. Also, kids everywhere, running around like crazy. On scooters, skateboards you name it. I have brought this up twice and nothing has been done. I guess a child will need to get hit for them to get off their backside. And to reference the other review, spot on! In my humble opinion I would stay away. Don’t even get me started on how awful and malfunctioning the front gates are.

Latitude is the worst managed apartment/​townhome I’ve ever lived at. I moved here a month or two ago and there has been problem after problem and they all still exist. There is dog poop all over the 2 dog potty spots even with a spot for bags. Dogs off leashes. My neighbors car is outside ²⁴⁄₇ and I’ve ran it out of my garage multiple times. My neighbor also have thee gate code for the secured front gate so they can enter whenever they want and park in the lot. Parking is terrible here for guest we have like 8 spots for 24 townhomes. It’s bad. I’ve voiced my concerns and made the complaints to the office and they all still happen currently. The office is usually closed for 1 – 2 hours for some reason I guess for lunch. Which is weird since they never seem to be doing anything. Anyway. They also rarely answer the phone and usually it takes almost 2 days for them to return a voicemail. Which is also weird since this is I guess a newly taken over property. All in all I hate living here and mainly because the management doesn’t manage the property. I could go on and on but these are my big 3. I’m out
