I called to schedule an estimate to have a chimney liner installed, and I was given an appointment 2 weeks from the date of the call. Fast forward two weeks, I took a vacation day at work to meet them at 10AM. Well 10AM rolls around and no one shows up. So I wait about 45 mins, still nothing so I call the office and the guy says it’s a one hour window. So OK, I wait until 11, 12, 1PM, NOTHING! Finally get a call about 1:45PM saying they can’t make it out. Gee, thanks. Who’s running this place?
Will never do business with this company, and will tell everyone I know about my poor experience with this company.
