This is my favorite spot, so relaxing, perfect to read a good book with a cup of coffee. But to be honest I love their tomato soup and Mediterranean chicken wrap ;)
Nice and clean. Good for children to spend time to read with them. Love their music.

Delicious coffee, beautiful building, friendly staff, and wonderful book selection, both new and used. Open mic nights are delightful. They don’t always have non dairy milk due to lack of demand but their iced black coffee is good anyway, and lattes are delicious when I do get them.

As a small bookstore, in an architecturally significant building, that manages to survive in a mortifying downtown, Derf’s bookstore deserves 4 stars. I always return home with an unexpected book in my pocket. Then, to have espresso, and be willing to pull a short doppio in the land of 20 ounce artificially flavored lattes merits the fifth star.
