I used to work in this area and my coworkers warned me about the employees here but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Basically subway gives you a free cookie once you complete the survey found on the back of the receipt. Each time I went to retrieve my cookie I was drilled about my survey answers. It came to a point where the cashier didn’t want to give me my receipt because she didn’t want me to fill out the survey. I emailed corporate and was contacted by an area manager who offered me a free sub but not even that would get me to go back here. I don’t eat subway normally — I only visited here because it was in the same building as my job.

Sandwiches were great. It’s easy to spot the inconsistencies between different chain restaurants. The weird part is that they do not accept Subway gift cards and are a cold group of employees just trying to survive yet another crazy day at Arundel Mills.

I have to echo the other reviewer here. It is definitely one of the cleaner and nicer Subways I’ve been to. They are able to handle a surge of customers during mealtimes, and also do it with a smile. While the spot is a bit small(and it’d be great if they had outdoor seating), it is still very shiny and clean. And, of course, it’s hard to beat a $ 5 footlong deal. I usually end up saving half for later — so I really get 2 meals for the price of one. And with such fresh ingredients(and lots of ‘em) I don’t feel bad returning as a repeat customer!

Yes, it is a Subway– but I have been to many and this one is by far, the best. Great consistent staff– I work in the building and eat a 6 inch ham egg and cheese on flatbread every am with fresh coffee for 3 bucks– they pile on the fresh veggies that I love, and take the time to toast it a little more than normal. Never a concern or a complaint about the freshness or the quality.
