I went to this chain vape store in my area as a completely new person wanting to get into this, did I walk into the wrong place. I was in the store for a solid hour and half the time I was waiting for the only employee to help other customers as they came in. The employee seemed knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing an IVP4s and a Aspire Triton tank. Both products work very well. I knew I wasnt going to get a deal in the store but had no clue I was going to get charged double for everything. I can find an IVP4s online for 72.99 and I was charged 149.99. The tank I can find online for 25.99 and again I was charged 49.99. What a business model to not even offer a discount. On top of this they sell their own ejuice for a premium price. Sold me batteries that has their logo on it, I’m glad I spent 300 dollars altogether to not even walk out of the store with a name brand battery. Ask your friend, look to r/electronic_cigarette to start out and save your money. I’ll never shop at this place again.

I was in here about a year ago. The juice was good and the selection was good. I’m not sure if the employees are still there who were there when I was there, but they were very rude to my father and I and other customers that came in. The one employee in particular was even making fun of customers after they left to the customers who were still in the shop. I have made it a point to never go back to this shop because of this ignorance. I’m not saying all SS Vape shops are like this, but it was just this one in particular. If ignorant people don’t discourage you from getting good juice, then go there.

Wait times are ridiculous, if the wait is going to be 3+ months that should be communicated to the customer who has prepaid. Their lack of communication is the most irritating part. Will be placing my order elsewhere.
