Got the half lb mushroom & Swiss … fast service. brought to my table. delicious

The staff is friendly but they are so slow and did I mention the food it five times the price of what it should be? They really need to evaluate their pricing.

These are the times that try Men’s souls! I should have known better when I pulled up to the drive thru last night to order a «Turkey Burger». The nice young female voice greater me & asked if I wanted to try a «Thick Burger Combo», no just a turkey burger. Alas, «Never More». People ask all the time she says! Well why not bring it back. If only took 11 minutes to receive .(insert sarcasm). So I leave with a «Cheeseburger –medium size fries & sweet tea! Now I’m paying the price. Food POISION –all the cramps & (Insert) –Gut wrenching pain & DISPLACEMENT One Should Bear! I didn’t drink alcohol, any dairy, any hot or spicy foods in the last 32 hours! Thanks HARDEES for totally «Rotor Rooting my day!

Double thick burger? Yes, I will have that! I have been wanting some Hardee’s for a while, and today I got it. The food was good, the restaurant was clean and the service was good. I gotta say it was a good day!

Loved hardees until the manager Chris was there today. Bad attitude!!! If she is there I will not take my children here! Food is good though. Turkey burger somewhat bland

Upon walking in, the atmosphere seemed nice. There was an elderly lady sitting down waiting for her «to go» order and while there i saw two different employees come out twice and ask her what she ordered. This woman was asked a total of four times what she ordered. When I ordered, the cashier had asked, looked away, then asked again immediately. Same with my boyfriend. The cashier seemed very zoned out. After asking each of us twice, he got my boyfriend’s order wrong. Mine was correct but I didn’t want to start eating until my boyfriend had his food. He specifically asked for a Bacon cheese burger with nothing else on it. First, they put everything on it. He took it back. We sat for, I kid you not, 15 minutes, and in that 15 minutes I observed a father with his little boy sitting near us. The father received his food, but the little boy did not receive his till 12 minutes later (at this point I was watching the clock already for my boyfriend’s food). The father looked upset, and the little boy kept turning around to see when his food was coming. They forgot about my boyfriend so he had to return to the register and inquire about his burger. The cashier shrugged his shoulders and responded, «Hey man, I’m not the cook.» Five minutes after that, they gave him his burger and it was just a bun and the patty. He ordered a bacon cheese burger and just asked them to not include the lettuce, tomato, condiments, etc. At this point, most of the customers in there were pretty unhappy. When we left, the lady was STILL sitting on the bench waiting for her order. As we stepped out, her husband was walking in looking very concerned that something might have happened to her. Do not go here. Save yourself the stress and time that you will waste here. The employees all give off a very present lackadaisical care free attitude.

Yes, I had Hardee’s; it was breakfast of cheese, egg, roast beef biscuit sandwich and a coffee, I was good to go to work.

I love Hardee’s and they are getting hard to find! This one is pretty good. Hardee’s has stepped up it’s game recently, so they all tend to be pretty good now. I prefer the one in Glen Burnie. It just seems cleaner. The Lobby and drive through are also open ²⁴⁄₇. Just twice as far for me. :(

Hardee’s. When I was a little kid growing up in Columbia, my mom would take me to a Hardee’s and I would cry and scream because back then the Hardee’s were terrible. Fried chicken would be burnt and stale, the fries tough and flavorless, the service was… I dont remember… But it was bad. I havent been to a Hardee’s in longer than a decade.
I just went there about an hour ago… Not what I was expecting. Not in a negative way either. Came in with my brother and immediately, the environment was… Nicely done. Not too much lighting making it more casual and even somewhat intimate than a typical fast food place. Small flat screen LCD? TV’s hang up in each corner of the place, retro style seats, high, low, and booths. The manager there seemed kinda upset towards his employees, but when he turned around and seen us, he smiled and gently greeted us. We ordered a turkey burger combo and a frisco combo with sweet and unsweetened teas. They gave us a number and told us to put it on our table so they can deliver the food to us. We sat down and had a short conversation before they sent us our food. Come to find out, we waited for about 7 minutes. Again, not your typical fast food place. Waiting 7 minutes, looking at them prepare your food. Not like McDonalds where right when you order BAM its right there in seconds. This took time and preparation! We got our food, and the turkey burger was surprisingly pretty good, all the nutrition facts are there so you can see how healthy or unhealthy each and every piece of food is there. As for the frisco burger? It tasted kinda like a burger you would get heated at a gas station. But the fries? Fresh, flavorful, not too salty, great. Sweet tea is extremely sweet, so if you love sweets, its for you! Hit or miss but overall this place is MUCH better than my past experiences with this place. As time goes by, most things change, including Hardee’s…
