The Manager and Staff at the Rt53 Hanover location are always pleasant and efficient. After many years of hopping around drycleaners in the area I have been going to Dependable for at least 5 years now. There has never been an issue and they are always customer first. If I have an issue with a specific garment they address the problem quickly with no attitude or complaint. Thanks to the Team there for their conscientious service. They are a great example for how other retail businesses should be run.

This dependable cleaners surpasses my expectations time and time again. I bring many items in for cleaning as well as tailoring and I’m never dissatisfied.
