My gf and I have stopped her a few times on our way up to NYC. The employees are always very helpful and the place has always been clean. The food is of course standard across all locations but always delicious. The drive through has always been efficient and we’ll definitely continue to stop and grab a quick breakfast bite.

A pretty normal CFA restaurant. The parking lot is a bit overwhelming, especially in my work van, but service was good and the food is the quality you’d expect.
The place is a bit hard to get to — it’s inside the mall circle, and then it’s a left (or right) into where it is, but then you have to quickly veer left or you’ll end up at Wendy’s. Once you’re in the CFA parking lot, if you think you’re going around the store, past the drive-​thru, there’s one little part of the parking lot that allows this… If you miss it, it has an arrow and you have to go to Wendy’s. I managed to do it all correctly, but it was a bit harrowing and annoying.

Always fast and fabulous service! The line at the drive through may look long but it moves quickly. Never a bad thing to say about this establishment!

OMG!!! Either we were hungry or the good was delicious. No seriously. The employees were polite and happy. I’ll have what they had. Fast, clean and the food was really good. Warm chocolate chip cookies.

Worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to in my life across the entire length of the United States. Rude and lazy staff. The nuggets are never «done» the way they are supposed to be and whoever is in charge of salads needs to be fired. The salad is supposed to be chopped into small bite size pieces, this is the only Chick Fil A I have ever visited that skips that step. Also, almost every visit, I have had something missing from my bag. What a hassle to wait that long in a drive — thru just to have to park to go inside to wait even longer. This place sucks and I will no longer return. I would rather drive 8 miles in the opposite direction where they are doing things the right way.

Love Chick-​fil-​a! This location is very convenient, and the drive through is really quick! I always get the spicy chicken sandwich, can’t go wrong there. The staff was great. I also tried their cookies for the first time. They look kind of hard, but are pretty on point.

This location lost me for good today. I’ll stick with Laurel.
You cannot really expect people to be happy when they wait in a Saturday line for 15 minutes just to get to one of your dual Windows to find your employee is only taking orders from one window.
I took my business elsewhere… Hopefully everyone else ending up at your ignored window is too. I think that equates to you making half your money.

The waitress kept talking about «her pleasure» everytime I thanked her. She was not my type and I didn’t want think about her being pleasured. Other than that they invented the chicken sandwich but then did not invent anything else. I don’t feel like they should have stopped there. If you are serious about inventing you don’t stop after your first good idea. The think-​tank behind the bologna sandwich also invented air conditioning and leaf blowers. The chicken nuggets and sauce were delicious and saved this review. I just hope «Miss Pleasure» has found a man or is not working next time I go in.

Chick-​fil-​A is A-​OK. My family and I love to eat there and go there all the time. It’s a pretty common chain, so I tend not to write much in my reviews about these places unless there is something truly noteworthy (good or bad).

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired definitely not chick fil a standards. Had to repeat order several times and it was still messed up then charged extra for fruit instead of hash browns

This place could get five stars solely for the fact that it’s Chick Fil A… but I really do love this location. I come here more times in a week than I’d like to admit, and it’s always fresh, fast, and friendly. I’ve only ever had one mishap with my order, and it was just getting grilled nuggets instead of crispy, which was fine. The employees are friendly and helpful. I am never dissatisfied with the food from this location.
There are two drive through windows here and both move pretty quickly for it to be as busy as it is. Even if the line is wrapped around, I can typically be on my way in about 10 – 15 minutes. Oh, and for those of you that are interested they also are delivering through Carry Out Menu now!

Tender chicken, waffle cut fries, and sweet, tart lemonade. Chicken noodle soup is thick like a stew and slightly peppered. A decent sized menu but not overwhelming like places that rhyme with McSonald and Lendys.
This place does a huge amount of business during lunch. The drive thru line regularly wraps around the building twice and the line inside usually extends to the door. That being said, we’ve never waited more than 10 minutes to place an order, and the food always come hot.
Tables are cleaned quickly and employees offer to top off your drink when they can. The flowers are real (and fresh) and the bathrooms are clean. The manager during lunch, Austin, is great towards customers and staff (which are friendly and helpful).

This particular Chick-​fil-​A has the best service and cleanliness compared to other Chick-​fil-​A restaurants that I have been to and other fast food restaurants as a matter of fact. Try their spicy chicken sandwich deluxe and their waffle fries because they are top notch! Also, try their special Chick-​fil-​A sauce! They are out of this world, I seriously can’t get enough! Don’t be afraid to ask for more of the sauce because once you try it there is no going back. Top it all off with a delicious handspun milkshake or an iced tea and you are one very satisfied person! Enjoy!

Simply yummy. I got the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe, and it was so delicious! The chicken breast was perfectly seasoned and I don’t know why, but chick fil a chicken really is the best. It’s more tender and juicier than any other fast food restaurant out there. Waffle fries were good, as was my chocolate shake. The shake is thick and creamy!
Downgraded one star because we ordered chicken nuggets but got no sauces, as well as no ketchup with the fries. Other than that — great experience!

I have nothing new to say about this location that I do about any other Chick-​fil-​A establishment. So here is my repeated review. I think I will stop checking in since I don’t have anything new to say:
I love this place!!! This place has the best fast food in this area! I love their breakfast too — you’ve gotta try the chicken breakfast wrap (with extra chicken)! I’m upset that they changed their sausage patties like the small. Now I am in love with their chicken strips. Not to bash any other fast food chains which I will not mention, but if you get chicken nuggets, sandwich, or strips from a place with Golden Arches, A King with a crown, A red head chick with freckles, a Colonel, a Louisiana Jazz band, etc… your tongue is really missing out on what «real» white meat chicken taste like. Oh, yeah… it is seasoned great too! Now to wash all of that down you will need a ½ and ½ sweet tea and lemonade mixed, I have never (that I can remember) a time when they are not packed with customers… that alone speaks volumes! I do miss the text messaging where they used to send you free coupons for chicken, shakes, etc. Their prices are high for fast food joint, but you get what you pay for!

I loveee Chick-​fil-​A this is my favorite location. They have very fast customer service. That is if you go inside. I’ve never encountered the drive thru. There always seem to be a line. Do your self a favor and go inside even if it’s for take out you will be serviced a lot quicker. The reason I had to take off a star is because even though I asked for a wheat bun which they charge you extra for. I didn’t receive it. That’s my fault for not checking before I left. Grabbed it to go. Other than that the food is always fresh and tasty. The staff is very nice and friendly. Oh btw the guy at the cash register got it right it was the people making the sandwich forgot the correct bun that I ordered. They were very fast though i have to say. I ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich with a small order of the waffle fries which was very good. That’s usually the case though. I also ordered the 12 peice chicken nuggets for my son. One of his favorites as well. I like that they have different types of sauces for you to try with your sandwich or nuggets or chicken strips. Oh and the milk shakes are awesome. My favorite is the Banana pudding which is one of there specials. All of them are good though. I find the lemonade to be a bit tart in my opinion. As i said before this is a great location with good service and good food. If you have never tried them before. Why not give them a try. I’m sure they can put a smile on your face.

Now lets be honest, about the food here, its better than good, not great but better than good. And yes I am a fan. I don’t have to like what they do outside of the store with the money they generate but the food its self is always the same store after store and I like it!

Very busy location because of the Casino and Outlets mall. It’s busy but the line goes fast and service is always excellent.
Chick Fil A food is always fresh and tasty. Any kind of chicken, waffle fries and a light lemonade, it’s a favorite any time of the day.
Breakfast is good, but I don’t like their coffee.
Playground for the kids. Bathrooms are clean. They are always picking up the tables and wiping clean. Fresh flowers are a small bonus and put a smile on my face.
Parking is a little tight.

This location has some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering in a fast food establishment. There’s one particular staff member who is responsible primarily for just making sure diners have everything they need. She will refill your drink, remove your garbage from the table, bring you napkins, or help with just about anything you need. Most importantly, she’s always bright and cheerful! The staff in general responds in such an organized and efficient manner that even though this is an incredibly busy location, I can always rely on them to process both the inside and drive through lines quickly and effectively. On their busiest weekend days, my order is still hot and accurate. I always seem to have a pleasant experience!

First thing first… Outstanding customer service
Few weeks ago, my co-​worker and I decided to reserve a trusty Zipcar and drive to Arundel for dinner and our replenish our supplies trip to Walmart.
Note: There are closer Walmarts and Chick-​fil-​A to Inner Harbor but when you have limited transportation while on a business trip, you’ll take whatever opportunity you can get to drive and just get away for awhile (regardless if it’s to a fast food restaurant and Walmart!).
Anyhow, we already schemed after our lunch hour to make a getaway to Chick-​fil-​A after class to plan an upcoming trip to DC. Then, it dawned on me to make a supply stop as well at Walmart (makeup wipes and skin care were running low).
Of course, I had to take a pic to post. Then, I had to take a pic of the inside because it was so clean with flowered vases on the table!
Before we reached the counter, there were cashiers at every… register…with a SMILE and a «Hi! What can we get for you tonight?»
After I gave my order, they asked if there was anything else and was ever so friendly.
Now, let me just share why I’m so impressed with this…
These days, you rarely… RARELY…find this kind of customer service at any other fast food chain. That’s right, I’m going to throw Mickey D’s (McDonald’s), Wendy’s (especially the one in Royal Kunia, Oahu), Jack in the Box, and Burger King) all under the bus for lukewarm customer service because the counter people have either one or all of the following:
–Attitude of Entitlement «You owe ME a smile and thank you, customer!»
–ESL (English as Second Language) and annoyed that your order deviates alittle from the standard menu
–Boredom and refuses to apply customer service training to on the job performance
So, yes-​this is why I am so impressed with the customer service. In fact, I didn’t realize they carry out the food to you. Not only that… they walk around like a regular restaurant and inquire if they can refill your drink for you? Huh? This actually made me sit up in my best behavior panties and politely say, «No, thank you, ma’am» because I was caught off guard!
The food? Great chicken sandwich with waffle fries and deeeelicious lemonade!
The price? Reasonable for any fast foodie
Ambiance? Clean, friendly and relaxed
Recommend? Yes, Yes, and Yes
Additional Comments: Why can’t Hawaii have a Chick-​fil-​A? On post? At Pearlridge since there is a Church’s Fried Chicken?!
Anyhow, despite my raving review, it’s a sad fact that people will sniff and turn their noses up because of Chick-fil-A’s political stance and religious affiliation refusing to eat at an establishment that I say provides outstanding customer service and the entire dining area is CLEAN. Not only that but they still keep to the tradition of not working on Sunday, holds the highest conservative morale for their workplace and regardless of your stance in politics or beliefs… will provide you the same customer service that they extend to everyone… respect with a smile.

Always a good bet, spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, voila!¡
