I ordered a Christmas gift card on 12⁄11 for an event on the 19th. I specified 2-day shipping to insure I had it before I left town. After not being received on the 15th, I sent an email to then inquiring on delivery. I received a response 24hrs later that it was shipped on the 14th and would be received 7 – 10 business days. WTF? No explanation, no sorry we screwed up, nothing. These guys will be out of business shortly. I hope the person who I receiving this uses it quickly. If I could give a negative star, I would. We’re not talking about a package being delivered, we’re talking an envelope.

Customer service is ABSOLUTELYTERRIBLE! Waited on hold for 20 min only to be hung up on. Once I did get a hold of someone it was another 30 min for something that should have took 10. Don’t shop here unless you absolutely know it will fit!

Originally my only complaint is that the clothes are poorly made and thin. I let that go because they are juniors clothes and they’re cheap. Then I went out of the country on an extended vacation. I ordered a pair of jeans which cost like 34 dollars shipping and could take up to 15 days. That was fine but when I checked the order status a week after ordering it the status was«to be picked — translation my stuff is still sitting in their warehouse. So I write an annoyed email and finally get back a form email saying that they need me to call and verify some info before they can process my order. When were they going to tell me that? Now they send an email acting like they were waiting all along for me to call — good thing the sent dates are on emails. So then I call and after holding and verifying all of my information. I am told by a customer service rep that I have to call billing. She gives me the number but does not connect me so I assumed she couldn’t. I called the number and couldn’t get through. Had to call back customer service and another girl went through everything that happened to prove that I couldn’t get through to billing. «Well ma’am what happened when you tried to call?» «Well what did the recording say». they ask you the order number before you have a chance to say what you’re calling about so they know I am shipping internationally which means I’m CALLINGINTERNATIONALLY. After I got frustrated with her she finally asked if I would like her to connect me. You mean to tell me you two could have connected me this entire time? I finally get billing who tells me I have to verify because I’m using an international credit card. I say no I’m not i– it’s the same card I have always used– billing address is exactly the same. She said yeah but it’s too a different address. WHAT? I’m shipping to a new address. Everything else is the same — Didn’t cancel the order cause I really want these jeans but this is the last time I will be ordering from them.

Do not ever order from their online store. If anything goes wrong don’t expect to have any help or service honoring any discount that you were trying to use. However, you can expect to spend 40 minutes on the phone to be lied to saying that your getting a discount then after you give your credit card number you find out there is no discount at all… not even the one going on that day!
