Terrible service. No joke walked in there was one other customer being helped and no one else. There were two at the desk and one with a tablet. There was another lady with a normal clip board also. We walked in not even a single hello or hi was said. Since the lady with the clip board made eye contact with me she right away looked away then when I asked her for help she asked if I’ve been signed in and pointed to the lady with the tablet and nothing more. Seeing how all we had was a simple question no need to pull up an acct I just informed her of the question and she said it’s online you can change it there and left it at that. When I asked where she stated she did not know and that we had to just go online and look ourselves. Worst service ever.

Service was great was told there was a promotion for buying lg g4 and gpad where buying the gpad would give me a 100 dollar rebate and the phone would get free extra battery and charger. I applied for the rebate on the website they gave me and was declined because I didn’t buy the devices during the right dates. Wish the staff knew what they were talking about since the promotion was a big selling point for me, very dissaopinted with the lack of knowledge.

Poor customer service today. I don’t blame the staff, I blame the company. Obviously understaffed for a Saturday. Lack of training in handling customer issues as I witnessed a lady come in with a billing complaint get treated as she was a high school student complaining about a home work assignment.
Also, little follow up on browsing customers in answering product questions. I’m only giving two stars because at least the store was, clean orderly, and air conditioning.
