do not even consider these people. they are a couple, both stoll, and both brokers, and both crooked and to make it worse irresponsible.

Tami managed a property for us. We switched to her because our last property manager was horrible. She promised us she was better than our last one. Boy were we wrong… she was just as bad! We let them know from the start that we wanted all expenses run through us. That did not happen at all. The most recent event was when our tenant gave 30 days notice to Tami and her office staff. She never notified us at all. We found out about the tenant moving out when I noticed that the rental deposit was quite a bit lower. When I called Tami she stated that the tenant moved out the week before and assumed we had known. We weren’t notified at all that the tenant had moved out. Tami (or her staff) did her own walk through and gave the tenant her deposit back without our authorization. When we spoke to Tami she said she would take pictures that night and email them the next day for us to make sure it was all left the way it was before the tenant moved in. It’s three days later and no email from Tami even after several follow ups. She is very unprofessional and does not follow up on anything. We will definitely not use her again nor will we refer her to anyone we know!
