South Valley Computers

I first used Gary, of South Valley Computers many years ago when working as a manager of a company. Now I have my own business and South Valley has built all five of my computers, and gives excellent service. They have pulled me out of more than one mess. I highly recommend them for their expertise and service.
Just as a side note, I am a bit confused by Laura’s review regarding parking. I know there is plenty of convenient parking right behind the store. I guess she didn’t mention it as an issue. I am sure they would have shown her how easy it is to park as part of their service.

Technician is very friendly, he completed the virus removal in a very timely manner and got my laptop back to me within the agreed 48 hours.
Price was very reasonable.
Parking is huge problem. Best to park at Savemart and walk across the street or Carl Nelson insurance and walk around the corner to South Valley.
The building is easy to miss if you do not know it’s there. It is right next door to Valero
Gas station on 11^th and Grangeville and adjacent to State Farm insurance. Hanford Dominos Pizza is directly across the street.

I have now been here 2wice for my computer needs and I def reccommend them.
The first time was for my laptop. I was having some issues, took it to them and it ended up being the RAM. The guy was very helpful and called around to their sister stores to see if they had an available RAM. Since they didnt, he ordered one and installed it as soon as it came in. The price was VERY reasonable and my laptop has worked great ever since.
Today we took our home computer to get checked out since we werent able to get on to the Internet, despite having DSL and a working laptop in the house that was able to access the internet. Wel called first and was told it would be $ 80 to get it looked at etc. We took it in around 3pm and by 533pm I received a call from the young man that works there and he informed me that there was a bunch of viruses. Color me not surprised as I have 2 younger kids that use it.
Anyways the fee stayed $ 80 and I feel that it is a fair price. The employee also promised to call if there were any items requiring repair, to obtain my authorization prior to making any monetary repairs. I really appreciated that since I have had a problem w/​people making repairs and then trying to stick me with the bill without my knowledge.
I will def come here again for any other computer need that I have, which hopefully I wont but I wont rule it out since I have kids ;)
