Richard’s Tree Service

We weren’t paying customers, per se.
Our neighbors used their service to cut down the massive tree. The actual service seemed fine, however the guy (owner) made a HUGE mess in our yard, which threatened our pool pumps. He promised to clean it up. He didn’t. My husband called the company, and just like the other reviewer, the woman was rude and just didn’t give a hoot. We asked to be contacted by the guy. Before we could give her our contact number, she lied and said «I have your number», and hung up!
Of course, clairvoyance didn’t work in our favor and we were never contacted.
So, as for their service, we paid for it, by having to clean up THEIR mess they left.
They suck. The woman sucks. She’s probably his unhappy, bitter wife. Your guess is as good as mine.

Receptionist was extremely rude and short. I was referred by another tree service and was simply attempting to schedule a quote. Receptionist practically yelled at me saying that they don’t service the area I was requesting service for, then again yelled when I asked if she knew of any tree services in the area.

Attempted to use these guys. Very unprofessional and the owners supper rude. The bid was fine and comparable however I don’t think I need to give my business to people who are rude and unprofessional. When I was speaking to the owner I felt like he was verbally insulting me and continued to pretty much lecture me. Thanks but no thanks. I am a intelligent women who runs a well known business and knows how to deal with people and get my point across without being rude
