STAY AWAY… they will return your home in a disgusting dirty way. Then tell you bullshit lies and defend the renters instead of your property. The renters destroyed the carpet, alot of damage around the walls, the toilets make you want to vomit. There is a serious ant and roach problem. We were planing on living in the home but instead are fixing everything she wouldn’t and hired another company to manage the property. I’m starting to think she keeps the deposits and returns property in slums conditions. Horrible unprofessional hag of a woman and staff. Dont rent from them or trust your property to them. You will regret it.

After getting the notice in the mail, saying that I had only paid $ 1275 in deposit, I called their office to correct it. The receptionist answered and I explained what was happening, she put me on hold. She then came back and said that I would have to prove that I paid a higher amount. That is ridiculous… who does that??? I asked if she could look in their file/​records and see that I paid a higher amount, she then placed me on hold again and then came back and said the same thing. Finally the owner, Tanya, picked up the phone and started yelling at ME!!! She said that they would NOT provide me w/​a copy of my lease agreement, which would prove that I paid a different amount, and then hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times from my number, but they would not answer. I called from another number, they answered and then just hung up on me again.
Luckily for me, I found a copy of my lease that showed I paid $ 1800 deposit!!! So this was not just some simple error on their end… this was a $ 525 difference, not just money you have laying around or under your couch. I called to say that I had in fact paid $ 1,800 and then they have the nerve to tell ME that I have to send PROOF to them… what the holy hell??? I said I shouldn’t have to send anything, because I know that they have a copy of this very document!!! After realizing what I was dealing w/​and feeling that they were trying to rob me of my $ 525, I sent a copy of it… CERTIFIED.
Now comes the move out. I cleaned this place inside and out. I even cleaned stuff that was left from prev construction, stuff that I did not even have to clean. I went to turn in the keys and I asked that they give me a receipt showing that I had turned them in. I wanted this as a safeguard from all the stuff I had prev gone thru w/​this company. I did not want them to say that I turned the keys in late or not at all and then be charged for more rent, and or a charge to replace ‘lost’ keys. I went in w/​a relative, and Tanya flat out refused to give me anything in writing saying that I turned them in. As I walked out of the office, she let out a loud ‘WOOOO-​HOOOO the bitch is gone.’ Sooooo unprofessional, and really disturbing since I had a child w/​me.
After move out I received a Tenant Deposit Ledger, and there are various charges for carpet, cleaning, repatching, roach spraying and a charge for a ‘missing screen’ in the hall bathroom (see pics) and on that notice Tanya handwrites that these are just estimates and the prices may change. The total for all work was listed at $ 2,438!!! I get another notice saying that I will be charged for the rug, cleaning and touch up paint for a total of $ 2,378 and there is no mention of spraying for roaches or that missing screen. The difference between the 2 bills is $ 60, even though the listed prices for the Pest Man was $ 75 and the missing screen was $ 35 for a total of $ 110. The math is fuzzy somewhere…
When THE FINAL bill comes out… it shows that they paid $ 1,575 for carpet and $ 225 for cleaning… which magically came out to the exact same amount as my DEPOSIT of $ 1,800. Now, what are the chances of that??? What happened to the other fees??? I know things change as they go thru the list, but what happened to the missing screen replacement, the roach guy??? That’s what makes me think this whole place is a corrupt scam. And so odd that the ‘damage’ done came out to the exact dollar of my deposit.
Bottom line… I would not recommend renting from this shady business. Safe yourself the hassle and try to make arrangements elsewhere!!! I will be posting pictures of the invoices, and the property to show that it was cleaned thoroughly, and did not warrant a $ 225 job. Even if that person was hired on to clean at $ 10 an hour (which is about the average for cleaning) then they would have had to have worked for 22 ½ hours… I call BS!!! I’ll post pics and you be the judge.

Worst rental company imaginable. Very Rude Lady. Biggest liars and scammers around. Do not rent from this Thief! She will Lie Cheat steal whatever it takes too get you in. Then she will Harass the shit out of u. Just an Unhappy Lady. Tented a house from her. She promised too replace all the rugs because they were stained red and Smelled like Urine. She wound up replacing 2 rooms and left the others untouched. Our 7 year olds room smelled Horrible. Even the Carpet guy couldn’t believe they wouldn’t replace that Carpet. She then told us if we didn’t like it too move out. We told her fine give us our Deposit back. She sent someone the next morning too replace it. Horrible landlord! Do not rent from this little Hitler!
