McDonald’s

First of all, I am a bit biased. I hate McDonalds… The food is disgusting, the store is usually disgusting, and the clerks ALWAYS get my order wrong. Not to mention that they cannot do simple math to give change. That being said, I met someone here and I didn’t have a choice of the restaurant selection. This is the worst McDonalds I have every been to!!!
First, the employees are dumb as a rocks (that is being nice). A few examples, they cannot figure out the correct change to give back to me; my order was wrong; and it took forever to get my order. There goes my lunch time. I only ordered Chicken McNuggets!!! Next, It took 20 minutes to get my order WTF (What the freak). No sorry or anything. When I got my order, it was wrong. Everything was wrong. Come on!!! I am worried about our youth. Are they all this dumb? When everything was said and done, I sat down on a clean table, after I cleaned it off. This place is a dump. My food was cold and sucked, as usual. They have a million people working in the back, but nothing was done right. Furthermore, nothing was being done in the lobby. I HATE MCDONALDS!!!

Okay whats up with the current store manager? Her name is Ulga i believe or something like that… I go her pretty often counting i live near by but she seems VERY unprofessional. I have seen her humiliate employees right in front of customers, she always looks pissed off, and ALWAYS seems like shes in a bad mood whenever i see her in there. I came in and ordered a large fry for my kid and I, but when i received them they were cold so i politely asked if i could trade them for fresh ones. She just gave me a nasty look and did as i said. No apology, no smile, nothing! Managers should make the place a little welcoming, shouldn’t they? She needs to be either fired or get her nasty attitude fixed ASAP. Plus, my son saw a cockroach in there crawling by the soda machine. Really McDonalds?! Get your sh*t together you should have a little more common sense than that!!!

SO slow. At least 20 minutes to go through the drive-​thru. Also, I got a burger without a bun and they gave it to me upside down so that the cheese was stuck to the container. No cheese for me :(

Mcdonalds sucks in general but this one is the worst. No help through the drive through and always rude.

It’s disturbing that they use hanford water in their drinks… I boycott both McDonald’s in hanford because of that… it’s disgusting to smell rotten eggs in your cold beverage… shame on this owner!

It was busier here tonight. My fries were fresher and not quite so salty.
