McD’s is what it is. That being said, there are restaurants that actually sear the burgers, with staff that can get a 3 item order read back and on the screen correct. Bad food, poor service, mcd’s will be gone if franchisees don’t get straightened out…

Slow, very slow drive thru. Staff seems unhappy and impersonal. I don’t ever eat McDonald’s so this isn’t a good review. I just ran thru here to get a drink. Never again.
I had used the drive thru because I had a sleeping baby in the backseat and I didn’t want to chance waking her up.
Once I got my drink it wasn’t even cold. It’s like the 10 minutes I was waiting for it, it was sitting on the windowsill getting warm.
Not coming back.

The food was standard mcdonalds. The cashier was nice enough but when we were standing in line an elder lady asked another the price of a happy meal and I guess this was a huge interruption to his day because he quickly told her he didn’t really know them walked away. Great customer service you little prick. It took me 3 seconds to find the price and help her. What an a-​hole he was.

I have found that as long as I only order breakfast here, there are no issues.
I love their hot cake & sausage breakfast. The pancakes have always been fluffy and delicious.
The sausage is really good too. It’s odd though, cause when I have ordered a sausage biscuit, the biscuit always looks like a hockey puck.
Ordering in the morning can suck if there’s large crowds. They have now closed the 2nd lane of the drive thru, thank you JESUS!!! Employees and customers alike seem confused by it.
Since coming here solely for breakfast, they have not messed up my order yet!!! And the coffee tastes great ;)

McDonalds serves a purpose. For those looking for a quick meal, great hospitality and mediocre burger this is it. Commercials make it look so much better, but you should know better going in. For a quick, unhealthy bite this is the place.
This location had an exceptionally staff and highly respectful. Yes, I would go back

We needed a place to hang out before a memorial service. I’m glad we don’t live here, because I’d be screaming at the manager if I had to put up with this lousy service on a regular basis. I was the only person in line after seeing someone finish ordering at the register. It was almost 4 minutes later that I was finally acknowledged and waited on. Even though I only ordered a couple of Happy Meals plus an extra drink, it still took way too long for the food to arrive. Definitely don’t have a grasp on the fast part of fast food. At least the Play Area was decent, but seeing as the workers never even came into the room, it’s probably just something they couldn’t screw up.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast to take with me on my way to Bakersfield. Not too many customers were there when I came in. The kid’s play area wasn’t open yet because they needed to clean it up.
