I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. I worked with a girl named Lacy who«helped» us with my daughter’s headstone. She did an absolutely awful job designing the headstone with none of the elements I asked for. My boyfriend ended up designing the headstone instead and Lacy still had to go through multiple drafts to get the design right all while dragging her feet. Well wouldn’t you know when I went to see the final product that was placed without my approval, the engraving was wrong. I discovered this on a Friday afternoon and left a message for the business. I called again Monday morning when I didn’t get a call back by 10AM. Finally I sent an email to the owners asking for one of them to call me. Instead Lacy called me and flippantly said«mistakes happen» while giggling on the phone. This business deals with families during a loss of a loved one. I consistently had to keep calling to status my order and their lack of compassion was epic. The fact that the owner couldn’t pick up the phone to correct the issue just speaks to the customer service dedication of this business. This may be small town Hanford but they don’t have the right to treat people like this. Please go to Visalia for your granite needs.

This review is only for the memorial side of this business. This may be the only game in town for memorials and that is a shame. The lady that owns/runs this part of the business needs to learn about customer service and compassion. We didn’t like the first draft for our mother’s niche plate so I sent in a scaled design of my own. The proof from that came back perfect with one small change. When I dropped off my note on the proof for the one change she accused me of having them re-do it 7 times and told me if I make any more changes I was going to have to pay for it! It was not 7 times; she was exaggerating and was very rude. This plate would be at the site of our mother’s remains for all of eternity. I would think especially after someone has lost a loved one, the person providing a service should be kind and compassionate and want to make sure all the details are perfect. I will not do business with them again. I will go to Visalia or Fresno.
