This place is alright. Definitely worth getting used games here. Prices can be really good or kinda eh. Trade in value kinda sucks. If you can wait for a used game go amazon buy it here if you want to play now. It’s clean and the staff can be nice on some days. Last time I went the girl worker was complaining about weekends sucking cause of Mexican people. You could tell some people were offended and she tried to cover up for it by saying she wasn’t racist. So that kinda sucked keep that kinda stuff to yourself I think. This made things uncomfortable and why I’m giving a lower rating. But overall the store is good for gamer needs. Just depends what workers are there. The manager is a super great guy and will help you with any issues you may have.

I’ve gone here a few times and I’ve never had a problem with any of their staff before they’ve always been helpful and knowledgeable of the games, new, used, and what was coming out. Yesterday unfortunately we met Millan. I remembered his name because he wasn’t pleasant. He smacked his lips and just didn’t seem interested in helping us. It wasn’t like it was busy either like it usually is when we go. And because of how he spoke to us and his body language we just did want to reserve any games. On top of that he had my PowerUp Rewards Card and its not like we rushed out of there, but didn’t bother to even remind us that we had left it or that he had it or tried to call us because they do have access to my phone number from the card. My husband called today looking for a it and they said they did not have so I called because I knew it was there if it wasn’t in my wallet, my husband’s or our car it was wherever we were last. It was there they just didn’t know where it was put. =/​Gamestop has never been so displeasing till now.

I am a fan of game stop and have been for sometime. Few things need to get fixed. The number of staff they have is rather limited. They have one guy to handle a line going out the door. This is cutting down on the customers time as game stop just doesn’t only sell but buys video games. This store should look in to getting more staff. Second trying to get the tablet we wanted took nearly an hour and a half trying to wait and wait and wait some more for help. Eventually on my sons birthday we were able to get the tablet. Keep up the good work and hire more staff.

Expensive!!! I come here with the hubby as he is the ‘gamer’. The staff is very knowledgeable, I just personally cant get over the prices and trade-​in values, its a rip-​off.

With game stop, it is what it is and you get what you get. This one has some pretty good used games in stock and a relatively knowledgeable staff. When the young lady is working it usually smells ok too.

This is one of the few gaming stores I’ve been to that doesn’t smell like BO and teenage boys.
