I absolutely have always loved the food, but RAW! I have received raw food twice now! Service is terrible since they moved! I could’ve got sick, and when I called to let them know they don’t even answer the phone! Fratellis! You have cooking talent but you need to go back to what you did well and that’s the small store scale, with someone who knows how to tell when somethings raw! I’m sorry to have to say it but I have no more pity for you! You’ve had every chance!!!

Thought we would give this a try for dinner tonight, bad decision… We ordered ice teas which looked like water and no sweet n low, mozzarella sticks that looked like they were way to over fried yet the cheese was cold, and«garlic Knott’s» which tasted like they were out all day. For entrée I ordered a shrimp scampi which was surprisingly good just a little dry but came with a lot of shrimp, and my fiancé ordered a calzone which was huge and he didn’t have any complaints. The service was good, took a little for food but they warn you its all made«fresh». I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Food is great. Service sucks ass. Owners don’t care about you as a customer or care about their staff. Servers have to apologize frequently because the owner don’t buy enough of this, have some of that, or ran out of something. Who does that??? Runs out of soda or napkins. Idiots run this place and should take a class on how to run a business and treat their staff. Avoid unless you are a monk who is trained in patience, forgiveness, and one who enjoys ineptness. Peace!

Took my boy and his friend to the lunch buffet at 1230. There was three pieces of pizza under the lamps for the buffet. Before I paid the girl told me that they were not making any more pizza and that was it. Looked good but we basically were told to leave in a way. So we left. Not a good way to do restaurant business in Hanford. Places like this get replaced in this town for turning customers away…

The bread at this place is amazing! You cannot go wrong with the sandwiches. My mom and I love the garlic knotts. I always go to this place for Italian. The quality is always consistent

This place is disgusting! I didn’t know you can actually do pasta wrong I feel like they just buy canned sauces and pour it over there pasta, it really is gross. They serve huge portions but you won’t even eat more then a few bites. They have good specials but honestly the service and food is not worth it.

The food there is decent but the wait times are horrible. It seems like most of their servers either don’t know what their job is or don’t care. The fact that roaches inhabit that building and are running rampant made me never want to step foot in there again. Calling it fresh made food is a lie as well due to the fact that the noodles for their pastas are precooked and store bought. Running out of food is not an option for a restaurant but yet on multiple occasions they have. Customer service is horrible all the way up to the owners level. It is always hot in the restaurant as if they don’t want to run the air because it will cost to much. I would be ashamed to recommend this place to anybody.

This is a great place. I’m a little confused by some of the negative reviews. It was nothing like that. The food was great the service was great it was very good over. Try the gigantic hot sandwiches. Wow, they are very good…

I’ve only used them for take out pizza, and in that aspect they’re a 5⁄5. I always call ahead and they take about 20 – 25 minutes. It’s always ready when I arrive. Bread is somewhat thick and heavy(how I like it), cheese and toppings better than the national chains. Crust is awesome. On Thursdays and Sundays you can buy two medium one topping pizzas for $ 10, and you can add additional toppings for $ 1. Ham and mushroom is my favorite. My point is, if you haven’t tried them for take out pizza, it’s worth a try, especially during the $ 10 specials. It tastes great when reheated, too.

I wish everyone in Hanford had Unilocal. So please read the reviews!!! So the wife and I return to Hanford to visit family and we remembered a great place once called Fratellis on 11th and Fargo. So come to find out that they moved to Lacey. So first impression the was how empty the restaurant was. 2nd, the flys at the salad bar 3rd one of the servers Jessica was like super girl taking phone calls, she was our waitress, bussing tables and was super nice. We ordered the scar face and the baked ziti, the scar face lost its taste very watery and the chicken was not great, the baked ziti was good. Now the wife and I are avid Unilocalers and food aficionados, but Fratellis should of stayed at 11th and Fargo. I know it’s hard work to run a place and I respect you for that, but if you can’t run the right staff and keep the flys off me while I’m writing this review then you should not be in business.

Oh my sweet jeeeebus… when will I ever learn??? This place is still so awful. I am giving 2 stars because of the food. I should be honest and say that the food totally deserves 4 stars easily, but they still have the crappiest customer service that I have probably EVER experienced in my life. I actually went in here trying to have an unbiased experience after my previous experiences at their 11th Ave location that has since closed down, and the bad reviews at their new location. I was craving their food and figured that they had some time to work out some of the kinks… first mistake. I called in my order and it was like pulling teeth. The girl still did not ask me for my name(this has happened before) for my order, its like how will you know its mine when I pick it up??? Then I tell her that I would like Pepsi to go with my combo. She tells me that they only have one more left and other people have ordered the same combo, so it would depend on who got there first!!! I would have been fine if she had just said no. I get there and they say that my order is not ready, so I wait. This was after calling my order in 30 minutes prior. I kept going up to ask and still nothing. Finally I was getting hotter than the heat lamps that they were using and inquired about my pizza because I had received my other items and then she tells me to hold on and pulls a pizza from the heat lamps. This is the same pizza that had been sitting there since I arrived!!! The pizza was ready the whole time and yet she couldn’t figure that out!!! The owner lady came out and gave me 2 free fountain drinks for my wait. In my honest opinion it was a little too late. The food is good, I won’t deny them that, but I probably won’t be returning. They are also still using bottled ranch dressing and giving you a 2oz cup, gross and a rip off.

The food is really good, but the service is horrible. The hostess did not even greet us a waitress had to come up and seat my family and I. The wait for the food takes forever. And the waitresses forget if someone has even taken your order. They definitely need more workers !

I was disappointed with this place! Where do I begin… First off I should of ran out the door when we passed by the salad bar and flys were all over the produce & fruit! When we sat down the fly’s wouldn’t leave us alone.(Until I killed them myself) the blinds were filthy, floor was filthy. We were the only ones in the restaurant and I had to serve myself a refill on my coke. They bring you these balls of bread that were hard, with some marinara sauce served in a 1970’s wooden type bowl. We ordered the scar face plate. The pasta was over cooked, and the chicken had no flavor. Chicken Parmesan, no flavor, you can tell the chicken was frozen. Our waitress must have been having a bad day, because she was rude. We were told this place was good that’s why we gave it a try. NEVEREVERAGAIN! I give it one star for having coke instead of Pepsi.

I came here with my mom today as a last meal out before I go back to North Carolina, and while the ambience left a lot to be desired(which is forgivable given it’s relative newness), we ended up pleasantly surprised. Our server was a young man pulling double duty in the kitchen, so it was incredible how attentive he managed to be. The food(which granted, did take awhile to arrive) was hot and delicious. I especially recommend the personal roman sandwich, it is made with their phenomenal house made bread and the flavors just work so well together, all at a very reasonable price. The Alfredo my mother had was creamy and the pasta al dente. Pros: Delicious entrees Not loud and crowded Easier central location Cons: The salad bar is sparse and the lettuce not quite crisp Slow(but understandably so) service Décor needs updating I would have given a four star review for the entrees, but the salad bar and the wait time, along with the oft mentioned melted blinds make this a three star experience. I’ll give it some more time, and hopefully the experience will rate higher the next time around.

I had heard that there was a new Italian place in town and thought I better give it a try. I had a feeling that the name was familiar but didn’t realize it was the sister location to the one located on N. 11th which I had heard such good things about.
I have to agree with some of the other customers complaints that the ambiance is not the greatest. The melted blinds and furniture that you can tell belonged in the previous restaurant weren’t the most impressive. But the way I see it is that it is a new restaurant and it’s risky to open a new place, I think we should give them some time to make some money and fix some things before placing too much judgement on the décor. I noticed that things were very clean and that to me is very important. When I go to a restaurant I go for the food and may I just say the food was fabulous! I like a place that has big portions so I don’t leave hungry and this place definitely delivered on portion size. I had the Francesca pasta that is a pink sauce penne, with chicken and mushrooms. It was really really good. I have always loved pink sauce but it can be hard to find at restaurants so I was very happy to see that they had it on the menu. I really like having a salad with my dinner and I was happy to find that all their pastas include one trip to their salad bar. The salad bar was very clean, and had basic salad fixins but they had a great little selection of fruit which I love to get to eat for dessert. My pasta also included these little yummy garlic knots. My fiancé had the Stromboli which is basically like a calzone but rolled a bit differently. It was gigantic!!! Could have easily fed three people. It also came out very good. Their dough is so light an airy and just delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try a pizza or Stromboli myself. The service from our waiter Jordan was also great. He stayed on top of keeping our drinks full and checking to see if we needed anything else. He was very friendly and fun to talk to. I hope you all will overlook the previous bad reviews and just give this place a try. I will definitely be going back because the food was amazing. I hope that with time the owner will spruce the place up a bit, but I will honestly keep going back regardless because the food was just that good.

Pulling up I was concerned with the melted window blinds. Then my wife comes back from the restroom and tells me there are dead roaches in the restroom. The food took an extremely long time to make it to the table. The salads were delivered and we still hadn’t received utensils. Meal #1: Spaghetti and meatballs. .. Old noodles, watery sauce and nearly tasteless. Not entirely inedible. Meal #2: Chicken Parmesan. .. The chicken tasted like it was literally from KFC(don’t get me wrong: I love KFC, but not in chicken parmesan). The noodles were over cooked on the outside and soggy on the inside. On the upside it was the hottest dish(temperature) served. Meal #3: Linguine w/clams. .. To start the plate itself was cool to the touch. The temperature of the noodles matched the temperature of the plate. This dish had absolutely NO flavor anywhere in it. I actually looked around the table for some salt in order to give it some kind of flavor — there was no salt on the table or any table that I could see. No drink refills. Nearly an hour and a half total time(without even eating). Lots of flies. Had to go ask for napkins. Plastic over the red/white checkered tablecloth was eerily sticky. After going to the register to let them know about the problems, I waited about 15 before finally going back to the register to ask for the bill in order to pay. While they didn’t charge for meals #2 and 3, when 66% of a meal is returned I would think the restaurant would comp the entire meal. Also, as we were leaving we saw a woman at a table with meal #2. .. She wasn’t happy and had only taken one bite. There is another Fratelli’s 2 miles away. .. MAKETHETRIP!!!

What a disappointment !!! Where do I even begin?!! Ambiance gets a 1 but only because they have red checkered table cloths covered in plastic. Tears and holes in the chairs and benches are patched with duct tape. My spaghetti and meatballs consisted of two meatballs with no flavor, spaghetti with red colored water. Oh and if you want cheese for your spaghetti? Forget it!!! Then there is the salad bar… tomatoes, lettuce and spinach were frozen, the water melon and cantaloupe had flies crawling all over the chunks of fruit. No refills on the drinks Knots(bread) were tough and could have used some garlic or cheese or something. Oh wait they don’t offer cheese. What a WASTE of $ 15.00

Against my prime rule of giving a new restaurant some time to work out their opening bugs and figure out what they are doing, my wife and I went for dinner to Fratelli’s tonight, only one week after they opened. The decision to do so reinforced my prime rule. Mea Culpa! Ambiance — 2 stars — only because at least they have red and white checkered tablecloths. Dirty((looking, anyway)) carpet should have been replaced prior to opening. Getting rid of the big wall TV and piping in a little Italian music would probably have gained a star of ambiance. Service — two stars. Although our server was cheerful and nice, service in general was disorganized, forgetful, and inattentive. Among several overheard complaints, a diner next to us stopped a waitress and asked to be served since they had been waiting for 30 minutes. We had no offer of drink refills nor were we asked if we needed anything else. Food — I am going to stretch to 2.5 stars– only because the Garlic Knots — little knotted bread rolls served with a red sauce — were delicious. My order of clams and linguini turned into shrimp and linguini because I was informed during my salad that they were out of clams — see pic of Shrimp & Linguini. Prep of this dish seemed to be something the average high school student would come up with. It appeared to be just linguini, commercially minced garlic and a LOT of Black pepper sautéed in way to much olive oil. My wife ordered Shrimp Scampi. This dish was different than any Shrimp Scampi either of us had ever seen. It looked and tasted much like mine — only with a slightly different pasta(see pic). The salads were. well. Something was lacking. Mostly iceberg, which although I normally like, this just didn’t seem up to par. No dessert was offered and when asked if they had desserts, the server said they did not. No Spumoni in an Italian restaurant? Prices– 2 stars — just a little much for the fare as offered. Overall., I think that works out to about 2.1125 stars. Sorry. But I don’t think that Olive Garden will lose it’s Hanford customers soon. And I don’t know if I’ll go through the ordeal of trying again for a long while. I do hope they get their act together since it is a locally owned business, and we really need an Italian restaurant in Hanford. I hope I can review them again in a more positive manner at a later date.
