They frequently want to schedule appointments in the mornings when the children are in school. If you are unable to schedule a morning appointment they will push it out months delaying treatment. The shortest wait time in the waiting room has been an hour and fifteen minutes. Every appointment experiences lengthy delays without any kind of explanation. Billing practices are terrible too. It is difficult to receive balance information and status on insurance payment. So far we have had two of our kids go through treatment at this office and neither one finished in the time we were originally told. We will be looking for another office for our other children.
