Don’t order delivery! We placed our order at 7 pm and the food arrived almost 3 hours later! We left and ate at main street coney and were back at home before the food finally got there. The only thing the manager offered after we complained was to «hook us up» next time we came in. He pretended like he had never spoken the next time we came in. This place should lose its franchise name, its an embarrassment to all the good Chicken Shacks.

TERRIBLE… TERRIBLE…TERRIBLE…IDIOTS
Called in an order for our office at 11:30, told us would be here 1:00. Long wait, but ok… 1:00 came, no order, called back, they say, «It’s on the way»
1:30 we called back again, where is order? Put on hold, girl comes back to phone to tell us order was NEVER PUT IN…

This Chicken Shack is horrible. I’ve now ordered 3 times from them. First time ever, it took over 2 hours to get to me. I was told they had a driver quit on them, but this was never expressed when I called repeatedly asking where my food was. Second time, over an hour and the manager gave me my food for free because of the previous time and this one. Now, today, I was told 45 minutes, it took an hour and 10 minutes. The food shows up half warm (they just put it in togo boxes, no heater bags or anything) and the drivers are always quick to give some excuse why they’re late.
Added in, it’s combined with a hungry howies and they use the hungry howies sauces, not the Chicken Shack ones. I used to go to the one on 11 mile in Royal Oak, which is fantastic. This one, not so much.

This is quite possibly the worst in the Shack system. There is always an issue here: short staffed, machines not working, etc. Very disgruntled employees working at this Chicken Shack/​Hungry Howies combo.

Good for a quick lunch, the chicken is really very tasty, would recommend getting it to go though.
