Me and my wife rent a truck in u haul florida to move to Virginia. When we return the truck in virginia the place in mercury Blvd did not have the storage size we requested when we make the reservation so they gave us two units. My mother in law passed away while we where moving so we had to leave our stuff in the uhaul storage, we explain the manager a fat ass that we had to leave and come back and did not have to vacate the storage in time before late fees start adding up. We had to pay $ 500.00 before this facility let us get our stuff. Unbelievable.
