This company has THE worst customer service. I cancelled my order and they still mailed it to me telling me it was my fault because it was after a showing of Shark Tank (they have 7 – 10 business days to mail after a showing). It was long past the wait time. My order was places ¹²⁄₂₃ and they mailed ¹⁄₁₂. Weeks of waiting, unanswered emails, request of cancellation, they charged my card the DAY I ordered it but shipped it weeks later, ignored my request for cancellation and what’s worse, they DID NOT CARE. This stuff might be the yummiest stuff in the world, I don’t care. They will NEVER see another penny of my money and if I and catch the UPS guy, I’m refusing the item.

My Daughter found this company on the TV series Shark Tank. The panel was very impressed with their Mango preserve. She was very excited to order it and after it arrived my entire family was hooked. This has been my 3^rd order of Mango-​Mango preserve which I use with Cream cheese to create an amazing cake icing. It arrives in a fun box filled with orange strands of ribbon and actually feels like I am opening a party in a box
