Pomoco Mitsubishi of Hampton

This is difficult since it is the only Mitsubishi dealership on this side of the water. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning to get a recall fixed. It took almost two full days before they even looked at my car, another two days before they ordered the part needed (one of which they were closed) and then three days before the part came in.
Its not really their fault for that, but I’m giving them three stars mainly because in an entire week, they never called me once. No one ever checked in or let me know the status, i had to call every time.
After 7 days, i called and said I needed my car that day, and i was supposed to get a call back but didn’t. I called three more times in as many hours trying to talk to the receptionist or the mechanic working on my car. It was absolutely ridiculous that no one called me at all for an entire week. Next time, I might just make the trip to Chesapeake.
