This is the worst McDonald’s for customer service I have ever seen. They are rude and always put out by requests. I once went through the drive-through and my fries and burger were ice cold. I asked the lady at the window why they were so cold and if I could get a fresh batch and she ordered me to go wait over at the side for over 15 minutes. She explained to me that the food was not made fresh because they were in a slow time in their day. I went there the next day, and the same lady asked me «didn’t you get enough last night?» She should not be working customer service. And I will never be returning to that nasty McDonald’s again.

Once again awful customer service. Was rung up for 4 pies and two regular mcflurries when we only ordered two pies and two snack size mcflurries. Get it together smh

What can I day about Micky D’s? I rolled through the drive thru this morning for a sausage McGriddle Combo with an orange juice. Unfortunately for me, the orange juice machine was broken. I had to settle for coffee because I didn’t want to drink orange Hi-C with my breakfast. My McGriddle and hash brown were good. Not a big fan of the coffee. With 4 creams and 2 sugars, it I still had a harsh taste to it. I think I’ll pass on the coffee the next time around and get a soda or maybe even a Hi-C.
This location is less than a mile from my job. It is so easy to dip out the back door and get back to my desk within 15 minutes. Can’t beat that when you have work to do.
