Just want to thank the manager on duty today (He went above and beyond even though he nor the establishment was to blame). A JACKA$$ supposedly «didn’t know» the drive through process. As I pulled up after waiting at the stop bar (like you are supposed to) Mr. Jackoff comes around and decides to cut in front of me making ME to be the one blocking the exiting vehicles. So I get out of my truck and approach him to let him know that he just cut in front of all these people that have been in line and to let him know that Chick-​fil-​A has a process and they are very good at it. To where he looked at me and said «OH I DIDN’T KNOW AND WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST?» My response, i suggest you back up and move outta line, HE DID. The manager came out to point out I was blocking traffic and I informed him that I knew that and this guy is moving out of line. He said he has seen people get into fist fights and cars have been damage over this. I laughed and just said who doesn’t know there is a process??? and we laughed. He then said well your F350 would have swallowed him anyways.

This Chik-​fil-​A location seems to always be busy, especially in the morning. I don’t ever mind waiting in line or waiting in the drive-​thru because the staff is so efficient! They are genuinely nice and never fail to give me superb customer service. Today, I decided to dine inside. The line went quickly and we received our food within minutes.

Girls working the drive through are always pleasant. Food is delicious and fills us up. Drive through, even with a huge line, is speedy and with good customer service. Management is doing a good job, as are the employees. Keep it up.

This place is one of the best restaurants in town if your looking for great tasting fast food, friendly staff, and just pure awesomeness. I eat here at least once a week. The food never gets old. Worth the visit. You won’t be disappointed.

Love everything about this place!!! So impressive I didn’t wanna call it a fast-​food place. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich and their house sauce. Their cookies are so good as well as their ice cream. I honestly have always been satisfied every time I eat here. They do have an outstanding customer service also; makes you feel welcome all the time and gives you a good feeling. Keep it up guys!

We visited this place for dinner recently. This place always seemed crowded with people and cars. The ordering process was quick and I liked how we did not have to wait long for our order to be fulfilled. My chicken sandwich was good but seemed a little drier than another Chick-​fil-​A location that we’ve tried.

Needed something quick and tasty so here I am. Having a spicy sandwich today. I still think they put Crack in there ice tea???

Unbelievable that this place has the Chik Fil A Logo on it. Rude service. I have never seen anything like this. Went for Chik Fil A cow appreciation and the «manager» Cathy was telling these families that dressed their lil kids up with spots and the kit from website that they had to have a mask on. Then they limited the choice to an 8 piece, a chicken salad sandwhich or Chik Fil a sandwhich. I have been celebrating cow appreciation for years and all the other restaurants in the area are generous and friendly. Offering anything from their menu as the site says :

Do they NoT read their own site? Went to Chik Fil A on Mercury Blvd. what a contrast! So friendly. Offering anything from their menu. Greeting people. Cathy and Sabrina need to come over and see how a Chik Fil a is run.

As always, the customer service is outstanding at Chick-​fil-​a.
Breakfast is my favorite time to go in and I have never had a bad meal. The sweet tea and the lemonade are outstanding!
If you’re in a hurry and would like a QUALITY meal, Chick-​fil-​a will suit you every time.

Chick-​Fil-​A is the only drive thru I will get in when I see 20 cars in line. That Coliseum location drive thru moves like clockwork and you are done and out in minutes. Let there be 7 cars In line at mcdonalds. You’ll be there for a half an hour. I’m not trying to be funny. Your car isn’t idle in one spot long enough to throw it in park. I stop through several times a week to grab a 12 piece nugget meal that I split between my 2 ½ year old twins. They know the deal as soon as I get in the drive thru. «Daddy, say grace!» After I get the food, we pull over to say grace and I start passing back waffle fries and nuggets. Personally, I get the number 1 with a half sweet tea and half lemonade. Oh, and I can’t forget the Chick-​fil-​a sauce.
When I run through for breakfast, I always get the sausage and egg burrito. The salsa they give you is off the chain. And I think they are the only spot I know that serves «simply orange» juice. I can’t help but to pop the top and take it to the face.
The quality of the food and the customer service at the coliseum location is top notch.

This location has never let me down. Always fantastic service that you have come to know and expect at Chick-​Fil-​A and my food has always been timely and correct! They take great care to make sure every detail is included — sauces, napkins, straws, etc — sounds simpleton but it’s not. You wouldn’t believe how many people muck that up!
I’ve gone here for years because it’s close to work. There’s another, within walking distance of my job, that opened a few years ago. I will go out of my way to visit this location simply because I’ve had super bad service at the other one.
Can’t wait to get my annual Chocolate Chip Mint shake. Yum!!! Will be back. Repeatedly. Forever.

I still love this place and I go here quite frequently on my way to work. Having said that this is the only one to mess up my order (twice). But things happen I get it. This store also seems to be alittle slower compared to others in the area.

Other fast food restaurants with a drive through need to take lessons from Chick Fil-​A.
No matter how crowded they are, I always get whisked through the drive through like Cinderella rushing home before midnight!

The remodel was well worth the wait! However, I wish they would have kept the fountain in the drive through it was very nice. Love the lemonade, love the chicken minis.

The store is open again. Very nice remodel and of course, the chicken is delicious as always.

Chick-​Fil-​A took the old McDonald’s idea and ran with it, and left them in the dust. A place where you can get food that is pretty much the same no matter which storefront that you visit. And in this endeavor, they have succeeded very well.
And, with that business model, that McDonald’s started and have left them in the dust.
Where as at most other chains, I feel like I get food that is who knows how old, and is served by an understaffed, and uncaring store staff, at CFA, I feel quite the opposite. It is a rare occasion for me to walk into one of these units and not find enough counter help. And it is a rare occasion, and frankly I cannot recall a single this this happened here, where I have ever gotten a bad meal. I cannot recall the last time I got a even close to decent meal at a burger chain.
Maybe it is the mindset of the Cathy family. Maybe they just care about your experience at their restaurant, where as who ever owns the burger places seem now to only be concerned about how they can re-​name ‘pink slime’ so that they can slip it into the burgers they sell, and make them cheap again.
Tonight, we had chicken wraps (I had the spicy one) fruit cups and side salads. While all were standard fare for CFA, the chicken was good. The wrap was well made, and the salad and fruit were both fresh. No hint of browning, on either the salad or fruit.
The store was clean. The staff attentive, and dressed in clean uniforms. My trip to the men’s room was not the horrifying experience it always is, at McDonald’s, or just about every other one of the burger chains.
The burger chains taught CFA how to operate, it seems, and then promptly tossed away their own teachings.
If it comes down to CFA or McDonald’s, the Arches guys McLose.

Great service, food up to standard.
Bonus: when you are waiting for the drive-​thru, they have a nice little waterfall you can listen to.
