Stopped for gas last year on my drive back to NY from school. Bagel place across the street? Sure. Got extremely lucky because the food was amazing. Stopped for gas again and what do you know? Same stop! Was so happy because I forgot the name of this place. «The club» is amazing. 7 dollars, HUGE sandwich. Definitely compared with the great food on LI. Will definitely be stopping here on my next trip home from JMU!

On my way back to PA I jumped off this exit going to Dunkin Donuts. Saw the sign for this place and thought it must be a big name around here since it is on the exit signs so I decided to check it out. When I first saw the place I almost turned around and went back to DD. However, if there is one thing I’ve learned about restaurants it’s not to judge a book by its cover so I decided to go inside at least. When I got out of my car, there was a line to the door. Again, I almost left but then I’m thinking that this place must be kind of decent due to its obvious popularity. Don’t let the line scare you because the couple of employees burned through it quick! Got my sandwich in about 5 minutes and it was amazing. Bagels are def fresh. This is an obvious hangover spot and it definitely set me on the road to recovery!

A random stop on our road trip to Maine, and found this Great Place with good food, a great AC unit that cooled us as we dispensed our coffee! The warmth of the crispy bagels flashed me back to my childhood spending time in my grandmothers bakery! The garlic smell in the air heightened my soul of times aspiring to be in Italy! We will sadly not be back because it will not be on our way!

Awesome sandwiches and bagels. They don’t skimp on the cream cheese or the meat. Get there early or call ahead, it gets very busy around lunch. The crew works fast and does a great job.

The workers are nice and if you’re looking for a coffee and a bagel this will do. HOWEVER, they are pretty expensive and I cannot see how a deli can justify using a fake egg patty on their sandwiches instead of a real fried egg. I mean what is this Dunkin Donuts? You expect more. They also don’t have chicken cutlet just grilled chicken. What they have going for them is that they are INTHEMIDDLEOFNOWHERE. So the good reviews here are the people that live nearby that don’t have any choices.

This franchise is the king of convenience stores. Very convenient for us. Great coffee, pretty good bagels, a great selection of drinks and snacks. Containers of rugelach near the register! Awesome. The owner is frequently around and if you chat with him, you’ll find he is a really friendly guy. The place even has a clean bathroom. A great place to stop in right off 78.

Nothing fancy, but a great place to stop for a quick, non-fast food meal on a long road trip. Easy to find, immediately off the interstate. Staff was helpful, sandwiches were simple, delicious, and wrapped neatly. Several coffee options and a large cold beverage selection as well as typical convenience store items for travelers. We’ve bookmarked in case we come this way again!

This is a good place to stop when traveling east on 78(especially into NYC). Coffee is fresh, and there’s a good variety of bagels and sandwiches. Exit right out of the lot directly onto 78E.

had a bad experience there recently. Staff talking to each other while ignoring me for what I thought was a little too long. I ordered a tuna fish with lettuce and tomato on a bagel. Got it home and it was a huge mess! The girl who made my sandwich must have tried to cut the bagel after she put the tuna on it. It was all squished out into the wrapper. I felt like going back and asking them how they could actually give me this mess, but instead I just won’t be going back there anymore.

Just tried this place today, really good bagel sandwich(lunch period)! The bagels were fresh and they really stacked the sandwich very generously. I’ve heard they do make the sandwiches however you want them, however, also heard that the salads are so-so based coworkers feedback.

No this place sucks — stay away. Bagels don’t seem fresh. Coffee is weak. Seriously, bagels R hard. What do they do get left overs from another place? This is based on more than one stop — don’t go.

Probably the best Bagelsmith store I’ve been to. This one has a friendly manager/owner and the crew who works in the mornings are friendly as well and efficient… got my bagel toasted and ready pretty quick. As always, I ordered a toasted everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. It was delicious and probably some of the better bagels you can get in this area of Jersey. Also, they had a BoA ATM! I’ve never seen a restaurant/store with a BoA ATM before…
