If I could give 0 I would. All I can say is don’t go here. We were missing food, and the food we did have looked like it was just slapped together. When I went in to get the food fixed and get the 2 items we where missing I didn’t receive any apology. One of the other customers heard tell them i was missing food and he said«this place is a f*****g, joke isn’t it?» So that proves it wasnt just a occasional mistake. Also next morning we all felt sick and our stomachs were hurting.

These reviews of this Taco Bell/KFC are brutal, but not wrong. This place can be sufficient to fulfill your Taco Bell or KFC craving but you have to go about it correctly otherwise you’re bound to leave irritated. If a taco or extra crispy chicken is what you seek, follow these 3 rules before you speak: 1.) Never, never, never, never ever go through the drive thru. Always order inside in the lobby. If the lobby is closed, drive to the Taco Bell or KFC(or better yet, Popeye’s) in Westminster. Drive thru is usually slow and will likely get your order wrong. Then you either don’t notice until you’re home its wrong or have to go back through the drive thru to get it corrected. The drive thru is a Sisyphean exercise. 2.) Always check your food before leaving the lobby. I mean more than just checking to see if the item count is correct or that it looks like you got a 3 piece tenders or a soft taco supreme. Open the boxes and unwrap that taco lest you get home to a meatless taco or a 2 piece dark original. 3.) Go in expecting them to be out of whatever you originally came in for. In fact, it’s probably best to psych yourself up for something else entirely so that what you really want may be available. So if you really want extra crispy chicken, you need to play a head game with yourself and get in the mood for a Quesalupa. That way you’ll order the Quesalupa, they’ll say they’re out and BOOM the door is opened for extra crispy. So follow these rules and you should be ok. On the plus side, I will say that each time I’m there the young people behind the counter are friendly and do try to give good service. Some of the conversation and activities are unprofessional at times(smoking right out side the front door, loud personal conversations on the food prep line), but I blame that more on the lack of management at this location. I can only imagine that if you took a picture of the management at this location, it would be like one of those Bigfoot photos — you can sort of make out that it may exist but its blurry and could easily just be a guy in a gorilla suit. Lastly, can I just say how irritating it is to have such a crappy Taco Bell near by AND it doesn’t even serve breakfast?

Spent over 30 minutes in the drive through to be told half of what I wanted they did not have. I have been told numerous times they are out of everything from Pepsi to Nachos. When I asked to talk to a manager I was told this place is «all to hell» and there going to be new managers. I drove off with out food for the second time in two weeks. I call the corporate line to talk to some one and sent an email with no response.

Once again terrible service at Taco Bell imagine that since day one there’s been no management who heard of KFC being out of chicken tonight it was chicken and corn Colonel Sanders is probably rolling over in his grave

We pulled up to the door at 9:45 to grab a quick snack only to have the girl open the door to say they were only operative the drive through. No big deal, but then when we get to the drive through they were rude with a bad attitude. There were probably 5 – 8 people in the restaurant all having a pow wow in the seating area as we drove by. I get they wanna go home but what Taco Bell closes that early?! I mean really. Rude and rude!

They’re literally 1. Either out of tacos 2. Out of chicken or 3. Conveniently closed in the middle of the day. We’ve gotten countless comped meals because ours are never made right or they were out of what we wanted. I only come here because it’s the only Taco Bell in town. Its literally the worst.

Eww poor service bad attitude, instead of just saying we are closed, or we closed at 10, they were playing hide and seek, and then when i called they totally were unprofessional.
