Jamie came out on a rainy Sunday afternoon and quickly replaced the screen on my IPhone 6 since I needed it in working order before Monday morning. Unfortunately, I had the screen replaced by another company in Raleigh several months ago and their workmanship was not nearly as good. I guess you see the trend, I’m a little rough on my phone!
Great prices, a few bucks less than others and they come to you and do excellent work. What’s not to like? I’d highly recommend Jamie and iCracked.

Great experience! I shattered the glass on my iPhone 5s while on vacation and searched for a certified tech. I submitted my issue thru iCracked’s website for a quote and within 45 minutes I had heard from Jamie. He offered to come to me or meet me anywhere in the area that was convenient for me. He not only replaced my screen quickly and effectively, but he also cleaned out my charging port at no additional charge when I mentioned I was having issues getting my phone to charge. Now it works perfectly! Jamie was friendly, knowledgable, professional and affordable. Great experience and much better option than purchasing a replacement phone. I would definitely use this service again in the future.

He was very professional yet friendly. I called couple shops before I called him and he was the cheapest I found. He was on time when he picked up and dropped off my iPad which I liked. He fixed my iPad in timely manner with affordable price. Thanks!
