This place is awesome! I went in for an ear infection because I do not have a family doctor in the area yet. The people at the front desk were super nice and I was quickly led into a private patient care room. All of the staff that I encountered were remarkably friendly and conversational, especially Theresa who came in to handle my intake information. I did not have to fill out endless forms — Theresa asked me questions privately in my room and entered the data into a computer. She then took a picture of me to keep on record and was able to process my credit card payment directly on the portable computer that she was using. I personally do not get embarrassed easily, but I can see how this method of collecting information and payment could save many people the embarrassment of having the discussion in front of an entire waiting room. I was assessed by a nurse who’s name I did not catch but he was also wonderful. Then Dr. Bagnell came in and was very caring and personable and I felt like he took his time with me and gave me his undivided attention. He prescribed me some medication and was actually able to give me a first dose of antibiotics right then and there. Everyone there definitely made a potentially unpleasant experience very comfortable and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone.
