I’ve been going to Xtreme for years. I’ve always had great service whether I’ve talked to the salesmen, gotten parts, or had my bikes worked on by their service department. Good bunch of people who are all riders themselves.

Brought my bike in for servicing in July 2013. They had the bike for 3 weeks. I picked it up and discovered within a couple of hours that it had the same problem I brought it in for. I immediately called them back to notify them, and got the run around. The service Manager«Steve» does not return calls, is always«busy» when you call, or they leave you on hold forever probably hoping you will just hang up. Amazingly, they weren’t too busy to take my $ 600. I will have to bring the bike back in to have the repair actually done. I’m hoping it doesn’t take another 3 weeks.
