Worst Popeyes EVER. I went through the drive thru and sat there for a good 5 – 10 minutes before they took my order. The staff was rude and the chicken was dry.

i will never go here again me and wife went here because i love popeyes from illinois location and it was 6:30 pm and they said it would be a 20 minute wait because they didnt have any chicken and i looked around and there was noone there so they werent busy or anything

This happened about a year ago… I went to this Popeyes instead of the one in south holland hoping this one would be better. I decide to go through the drive thru and I payed $ 20 for my food. He have me change like I gave him $ 10. I told him I gave him a $ 20. He said no I did not. Then he said you know how I know you gave me a $ 10 it’s because I put it on another $ 10 here. I thought to myself and I had 5 $ 20, so I knew he was not telling the truth. I said I would not be coming back he said ok. I called one of the chiefs for Popeyes. She said she was sorry and she would send something… And it’s still not here!!!

If I could give a lower rating I would. Service is horrible, the food is either cold or you wait 25 minutes for food in the drive thru. No one will ever assist you with specials, they never have them posted and half the time the employees don’t know. The place is filthy, parking lot a mess. The staff ruin this location, no one wants to work there.
