Im not a fan at all for this dunkin donuts. Ive ordered donuts in the a. m as well as in the p. m in the past but today at this location, the donuts and munchkins were horrible.
The donuts were super hard and the icing was aweful. When I went for a munchkin I got for the kids, it was the same situation. My kids and I did not eat them and I was dissapointed because I could not run back out to take them back.
My brother ordered an iced coffee and he said it had a ton of sugar.
I will not be returning!

My experience was horrible. They had two people taking my order then i had to reorder at the window. I waited about 7minutes for a chocolate shake that was very poorly made. The workers were so rude! SHE talked to us with an attitude, then when we said something about waiting so long for our shake (with no one else in front of us) she got even more rude. when the shake was finally done she handed it to me & walked away, saying nothing.

I’m a fan of this Dunkin Donuts/​Baskin Robbins location. Very fast service. Only complaint is their drive-​thru customer service. Cold/​borderline rude reception from whatever woman is taking orders at that time. Wouldn’t hurt to say a «please» or «thank you» after taking my order and/​or asking me to drive to the window.

Surprizingly, this Dunkin Donuts/​Baskin Robbins has seemed to pick it self up quite a bit lately. The last 5 or 6 times I was there I didn’t leave angry, so apparently they have drastically changed. For the longest time after they opened they were horrible there. The people were really rude, they screamed on the drive-​thru intercom, and were very impatient. I’m guessing they have a whole entirely different staff now, because it’s a pretty nice place lately. I like it alot now, it’s as good as The South Hammond one.
